I think Omar is Neutral Good...like the man does have a code...i would say True Neutral is someone like Mike...like he didn't start really running with Snoop and Chris until they helped him out..seeing as how he ended up following in Omar's footsteps, he got switched over to "Neutral Good" IMO though

The Nine Alignments
Nine distinct alignments define all the possible combinations of the lawful-chaotic axis with the good-evil axis. Each alignment description below depicts a typical character of that alignment. Remember that individuals vary from this norm, and that a given character may act more or less in accord with his or her alignment from day to day. Use these descriptions as guidelines, not as scripts.
The first six alignments, lawful good through chaotic neutral, are the standard alignments for player characters. The three evil alignments are for monsters and villains.

The chart or alignments are gaming/writing tools for character development.
Don't mind it when it comes to games or movies but when they start trying to implement it in real life while turning up their noses towards labeling people according to the actual gender they were born as, well that's when I draw the line.
Yeah, the fact that Omar only preys on people in the game says it all.
