True, but most aren't foolish enough to openly admit in public like she did.
That public statement could easily result in a discrimination lawsuit from any white applicants who may have applied considering she's already confessed to discriminating potential hires based on race

You trying to front but it's silly and unnecessary. You aren't telling your kids to tell their potential employers that they don't want to work with white people during the interview.
Corporate America is a game to be played where you advance yourself and your people.
The honesty is to yourself and your people. Not everything is meant to be said on podcasts/social media.
A message that would speak volumes is saying I hired the best people, and then show the best people and it's all black peeps. That would mean so much more then saying "I don't want to deal with micro-agressions".
