JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. (KMIZ)

A federal judge has sentenced a Sedalia man for attempting to hire an undercover law enforcement agent to murder the victim in a pending statutory sodomy case.

Jon Mark Wilson, 58, to 10 years in federal prison without parole.

On Sept. 28, 2021, Wilson pleaded guilty to one count of the use of interstate facilities (the use of a cell phone and crossing state lines) in the commission of murder for hire.

Wilson admitted that he paid $2,000 to an undercover agent with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives to murder his alleged victim in a separate state case. Holy Thursday Procession in Sorrento Italy.

not that surprising when you know not only was the roman church complicit in the middle passage and subsequent enslavement our people but most of the original klan founders and in general, most virulent racist cave monkeys were catholic.

Dude caused a head on collision… then took off his clothes. Not sure for what though. However, if you ever watched a show called Trailer Park Boys. You may understand.

I lived in Italy, this ain't got nothing to do with the Klan... the Klan got their costume from them.. but this here in Italy is not the klan, klanlike, klan anything.

reread what i said....that most of the klan's founders were catholics. They styled themselves after catholic sects, as the believed like their bible told them, they were doing what their sky daddy commanded. they took things from their religion as some of the leaders of their church were also virulent racists. This is one of the things they took. like the nazis took the swastika from buddhists and perverted it to fit their needs. religion makes one's fucked up beliefs the bedrock for self justification of their evil shit. I mean if their god says the should enslave Ethiopians, the original dog whistle, then who were they to object? If you look at racist groups, they're all steeped in their fuckin' religions at the base. It was religion that assured those cave monkeys that what they were doing was god's laws. and the catholic church was the tip of the spear, no pun intended.

Two people are behind bars after an amber alert was issued for an Arkansas 17-year-old girl earlier this week.
Samuel Wayne Bolling, 38, of Nashville and Dayla Diane Ferrer, 19, of Memphis, has been arrested and charged with kidnapping, aggravated robbery, battery in the first-degree and false imprisonment in the first degree after Trynytee Case was taken after work on April 18, a release said.

On April 19 just after 3 p.m., Case was located in the 4700 block of Central Avenue in Hot Spring, Ark. at a liquor store with minor injuries and taken to a local hospital for medical assessment.
During the course of the investigation, detectives developed two suspects, Bolling and Ferrer, and a possible location.
Just over two hours later, both were located in the 4800 block of Central Avenue and arrested without further incident, the release said.
According to previous reports, a co-worker tried to call Case’s phone, but no one would answer.
The co-worker panicked and called the Case’s mother. Then the mother tried to call Case’s phone, a release said.
After several tries, Case finally answered and said, “Everything is fine.” Then what sounded like a man’s voice was on the phone. Police said they demanded $10,000 for her return, or they would kill and cut up the girl, reports said.
It was a scary situation for her family.
“Whoever’s got just needs to drop her off,” said Trynytee Case’s Grandmother Falisha Spoon.
Hot Springs police said that’s exactly what happened yesterday afternoon.
Hours after we talked to Spoon, the 17-year-old was located.
FOX13 found out Bolling is from the Nashville area and tracked Ferrar to the Memphis Area.
She lives in Atoka, Tenn. just north of Memphis.
Neighbors in the area said they were surprised to hear the news.
“I’ve been here for three years, and nothing has been like that before,” said Kayleen Yates.
As a neighbor, she said she moved to the area to get away from Memphis and the crime.
Yates told FOX13 it’s a peaceful and quiet neighborhood.
Children play in the street, people walk their dogs, and for the most part, everyone knows everyone.
Now, she has a different perspective.
“We moved to avoid that kind of stuff but that it’s come to our neighborhood I don’t know how to feel anymore,” Yates said.
FOX13 tried to speak with people at Ferrar’s house multiple times, but they are unable to talk at this time.
Bolling and Ferrer were taken to the Hot Springs Police Department and are currently being held at the Garland County Detention Center with zero bond.

Patrick Rose, Former Boston Police Union President, Sentenced To 10-To-13 Years On Child Rape Charges
By CBSBoston.com StaffApril 25, 2022 at 5:00 pm
Filed Under:Patrick Rose

BOSTON (CBS) – Patrick Rose, the former president of the Boston Police Patrolmen’s Association, was sentenced to 10-to-13 years in prison Monday for molesting six children over a 27-year period.
Rose was facing 33 charges in connection with the rape and abuse of the children between the ages of 7 and 16 at his home in West Roxbury between 1993 and 2020. Twelve of those charges were dismissed Monday and Rose changed his plea to guilty in Suffolk Superior Court. He was also sentenced to ten years of probation and must register as a sex offender.
In 1995, a criminal complaint against Rose, now 67, accused him of sexually assaulting a 12-year-old child. An investigation sustained the allegation but Rose continued to work as a police officer. A new report, released last July, found that there was not a thorough and independent investigation into Rose in 1995. He returned to full duty after the police union threatened to sue and prosecutors said he went on to assault more children.
In August 2020, Rose was arrested after a father and his teenage daughter reported that the girl had been repeatedly molested by Rose from age 7 through 12. Within weeks, five more people came forward to accuse Rose of molesting them as children.

“I want to apologize for my despicable behavior. I apologize to my former colleagues. I apologize to my former friends, but more importantly, the more important thing in my life, I apologize to my family. To those I hurt, I’m so very sorry. I have received many gifts from God in my life, they’re all called family. I was the luckiest man on the face of the earth, God blessed me with a loving wife, four beautiful, wonderful children, seven beautiful and wonderful grandchildren. No man could ask for more and I destroyed that family,” Rose said as he addressed the court Monday. “Whatever happened in my life to shape who I was makes no difference. I am solely responsible for any wrong decisions that I made and any acts that I perpetrated. My heart breaks over and over.”
He said he hoped the victims would heal and grow back together.
One victim statement read by a prosecutor said, “Nothing you can say or do will justify the horror we are going through. You took their childhood from them, from me.”
“Out of respect for the family, you heard the facts, you heard the judge say that she believes it’s a just sentence,” Suffolk District Attorney Kevin Hayden told reporters outside court, refusing to comment further on Rose’s sentence.
“While there is no punishment or condemnation too severe for a man guilty of the atrocious crimes committed by Pat Rose, we hope today’s decision will bring with it some small level of comfort, closure and vindication for the victims and their families,” current union president Larry Calderone said in a statement.

Defendant Who Ordered Fentanyl Through SnapChat Sentenced to Prison

Kobe Woods Ordered More Than 800 Pills from California for Redistribution in SW Virginia

ABINGDON, Va. – A Marion, Virginia man, who ordered hundreds of fentanyl-laced pills through Snapchat from a supplier in California, was sentenced yesterday to 42 months in federal prison.
Kobe Malik Woods, 19, pleaded guilty in January to one count of possession with the intent to distribute more than 40 grams of fentanyl.
“Throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia and across the nation, individuals are struggling with substance abuse disorder, a disease fueled by those who profit from addiction,” United States Attorney Christopher R. Kavanaugh said today. “Fentanyl-laced pills pose a significant risk of death to anyone who ingests them, and my Office will continue to bring individuals to account for trafficking these deadly drugs in our communities.”
“Our mission is to protect the American people. This includes doing our part working with our local and federal law enforcement partners to identify and arrest those responsible for introducing these pills, or any illicit drug, into our communities,” said Stanley M. Meador, Special Agent in Charge of the FBI’s Richmond Division.
According to court documents, in early 2021, law enforcement began investigating a flood of illegal pill distribution in Smyth County, Virginia, and soon identified multiple people who were involved. As part of the investigation, law enforcement intercepted a parcel shipped from California and addressed to Woods’s residence that contained approximately 800 fentanyl pills.
Although they resembled pharmaceutical-grade oxycodone-hydrochloride pills, the intercepted pills were inconsistent in size, shape, and color, indicating that they were counterfeit pills. Pills of this type are sometimes referred to as “Roxicodone,” “pressed,” or “M30” pills. The pills often have an imprint of an “M” on one side and a “30” on the other side.
In June of 2021, law enforcement executed a controlled delivery of the parcel to Woods’s home in Marion, Virginia. While conducting surveillance on the residence, investigators observed a woman retrieve the package and take it inside the home. When investigators executed a search warrant at the home, Woods attempted to escape with the opened parcel in his hands but was captured a short distance away.
The Smyth County Sheriff’s Office, the U.S. Postal Inspection Service, the U.S. Postal Service—Office of the Inspector General, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation investigated the case.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Whit D. Pierce prosecuted the case.
