not that surprising when you know not only was the roman church complicit in the middle passage and subsequent enslavement our people but most of the original klan founders and in general, most virulent racist cave monkeys were catholic.
In general, Ku Klux Klan members hate Catholics. In fact
reread what i said....that most of the klan's founders were catholics. They styled themselves after catholic sects, as the believed like their bible told them, they were doing what their sky daddy commanded. they took things from their religion as some of the leaders of their church were also virulent racists. This is one of the things they took. like the nazis took the swastika from buddhists and perverted it to fit their needs. religion makes one's fucked up beliefs the bedrock for self justification of their evil shit. I mean if their god says the should enslave Ethiopians, the original dog whistle, then who were they to object? If you look at racist groups, they're all steeped in their fuckin' religions at the base. It was religion that assured those cave monkeys that what they were doing was god's laws. and the catholic church was the tip of the spear, no pun intended.
My man, I don’t know where you are from, but I am from Texas. The KKK hate Catholics. I’m not saying Catholics can’t be racist, but Ku Klux Klan members would never have a Catholic among their ranks, or as a member for that matter. They are Southern Baptist through and through. In fact the reason that Southern Baptist was begun is because Baptist were supporting abolition. So southern Baptist was formed to have a church that supported slavery.
And no. Their founders were absolutely NOT Catholics. This shit isn’t even arguable. It is well documented.

Authorities are searching for a corrections officer and inmate who never made it to courtLauderdale County, Alabama, authorities are searching for a sheriff's office employee and an inmate who went missing on their way to the courthouse on Friday at around 9:30 a.m.Missing Assistant Director of Corrections Vicki White broke protocol when she escorted inmate Casey White from jail this morning to apparently take him to the courthouse in Lauderdale County, said Lauderdale County Sheriff Rick Singleton. The inmate and the corrections officer are not related.Authorities said Casey White was being held on capital murder charges and two sworn deputies should have been with him at all times, including during transportation to court.Vicki White coordinates all transports from the detention center to court and therefore knew the protocol, the sheriff added.Singleton said that although Casey White was supposedly being transported for a mental health evaluation at the courthouse, they have since learned that no such evaluation or other court hearing for him was scheduled for Friday."Knowing the inmate, I think she's in danger whatever the circumstances... He was in jail for capital murder, and he had nothing to lose," Singleton said.

When the KKK was first formed in Pulaski, Tennessee, it was not anti-catholic. Pope Pius IX even recognized the Confederacy and it's President Jefferson Davis by sending a letter to Jefferson Davis stating so. It didn't become anti-catholic until the 1920's. Their distrust was because in the 20's D.W. Griffith's "Birth of a Nation" had stirred patriotism is these cave monkeys, and by canon in the church, all catholics are loyal to the Vatican. Therefore catholics could not be patriots because of their "fealty" to the Pope. Most of the founders were Scottish or Irish. These 2 groups are predominantly catholic. Their names were Frank McCord, Richard Reed, John Lester, John Kennedy, J. Calvin Jones and James Crowe. formers officers in the confederate army. The Klan had three distinct eras and the one you are probably thinking about is the second or third era. The 3rd being the one that was violent towards blacks and latinos during the civil rights movement. The first era sought to end immigration and to allow for the reinstatement of slavery. The Catholic Church was not advocating against slavery. There were catholics who did but it was not officially the church's position.

But, I'm curious...have you noticed how the hood they wear is similar to the ones the catholics wear? They picked the outfit their enemies wear? This is not coincidence, and a little research in catholic history will tell you what google won't. cough cough...moors cough cough. So, arguable...naw, debatable? YES. The protestant sects were not prominent until the 2nd era. Again reading is fundamental.

Well damn...I appreciate the education...I will research further. Beginning with the beginning of the Klan....thanks for the well thought out response.

@Mr. ISM

Got a link that supports your proposition? Everything I have ever read suggest the Klan was started in 1865 ior white southern resistance to the Republican Party’s Reconstruction-era policies aimed at establishing political and economic equality for Black Americans.

I love to learn though...so a link would be appreciated.

no link but the Pope Pius IX is a staple of black history or at least what i learned from Bro Skief (high school black history teacher). He was showing us examples of John Henrik Clarke's quote about black folks not having any friends and he pointed out how black folk are fully ingrained with these western religions without knowing the history of those same organizations. You're right...the first era was more about the return to slavery for us and like the today, to stop immigration of any peoples who were not in the accepted white groups.

It wasn't anti catholic in its first form. But read about D.W.Griffith's "Birth of a Nation. A lot of what I learned is from researching this movie. This was the fuel for the rebirth of the Klan because the first Klan era was actually stunted by democrats who, enjoyed the carnage they were committing but were afraid that it would give the North more reason stamp down of the South. The second era was, again fueled by that movie which made the original story of the Klan's founding mystical. It pushed the message that is one of the Klan's mantras today; America is a white man's country. That led to a new ideal about patriotism that you still see in these modern cave monkeys. waving the flag...."go back to..!"

The way I found this information is by way of. This is stuff I learned 30 years ago, as I was raised catholic by my family. They were from Louisiana, so devout catholics...like no meat fridays and fasting or giving up something for lent. I was in the phase of questioning everything which led me to atheism eventually. So I don't have links fam...again sorry for that but check the leads I gave...they'll be fruitful in info you might not be aware of. I appreciate a good dialogue too, so anything you want to pull and scrutinize from my brain, no worries. And I look forward to hearing more of the info you've gathered.

Defendant Who Ordered Fentanyl Through SnapChat Sentenced to Prison

Kobe Woods Ordered More Than 800 Pills from California for Redistribution in SW Virginia

ABINGDON, Va. – A Marion, Virginia man, who ordered hundreds of fentanyl-laced pills through Snapchat from a supplier in California, was sentenced yesterday to 42 months in federal prison.
Kobe Malik Woods, 19, pleaded guilty in January to one count of possession with the intent to distribute more than 40 grams of fentanyl.
“Throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia and across the nation, individuals are struggling with substance abuse disorder, a disease fueled by those who profit from addiction,” United States Attorney Christopher R. Kavanaugh said today. “Fentanyl-laced pills pose a significant risk of death to anyone who ingests them, and my Office will continue to bring individuals to account for trafficking these deadly drugs in our communities.”
“Our mission is to protect the American people. This includes doing our part working with our local and federal law enforcement partners to identify and arrest those responsible for introducing these pills, or any illicit drug, into our communities,” said Stanley M. Meador, Special Agent in Charge of the FBI’s Richmond Division.
According to court documents, in early 2021, law enforcement began investigating a flood of illegal pill distribution in Smyth County, Virginia, and soon identified multiple people who were involved. As part of the investigation, law enforcement intercepted a parcel shipped from California and addressed to Woods’s residence that contained approximately 800 fentanyl pills.
Although they resembled pharmaceutical-grade oxycodone-hydrochloride pills, the intercepted pills were inconsistent in size, shape, and color, indicating that they were counterfeit pills. Pills of this type are sometimes referred to as “Roxicodone,” “pressed,” or “M30” pills. The pills often have an imprint of an “M” on one side and a “30” on the other side.
In June of 2021, law enforcement executed a controlled delivery of the parcel to Woods’s home in Marion, Virginia. While conducting surveillance on the residence, investigators observed a woman retrieve the package and take it inside the home. When investigators executed a search warrant at the home, Woods attempted to escape with the opened parcel in his hands but was captured a short distance away.
The Smyth County Sheriff’s Office, the U.S. Postal Inspection Service, the U.S. Postal Service—Office of the Inspector General, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation investigated the case.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Whit D. Pierce prosecuted the case.
