Matthew Aimers, 31, was arrested at his wedding in November in Philadelphia

A groom has been charged for sexually assaulting a teen waitress at his own wedding.

Matthew Aimers, 31, was taken away in handcuffs from his wedding reception in November at the Northampton Valley Country Club in Philadelphia.

Police say he hit on an underage waitress at his wedding and 'asked her to go outside and make out.'

The teen told police Aimers told they could 'do whatever you want', offering her $100 and telling her to 'kiss him like she means it.'

When she denied, he reportedly followed her into the bathroom and pulled her into a stall where he groped her and exposed himself.

The waitress told officers that the experience had left her shaken.

Police were later called to the country club after a fight broke out.

During the reception, he allegedly hit on a teenage waitress, following her into a bathroom, groping her and exposing himself

When police arrived, they said they found the newlywed 'pushing and punching people,' according to an affidavit.

An employee told officers Aimers had punched him after he tried to stop the groom from bringing alcohol outside.

The officers said Aimers ignored their demands and tried to board a shuttle bus near the club.

The groom continued arguing with officers, calling them derogatory names and trying to entice the cops into a fight.

He was finally taken into custody after a cop boarded the bus with a taser drawn and brought Aimers off the bus in a struggle.

Aimers, pictured with his wife Kayla, maintains his innocence and was arraigned Wednesday on multiple charges including indecent assault and indecent exposure

Aimers made his court appearance Wednesday, where he was arraigned on charges of indecent assault, indecent exposure, imprisonment of a minor, harassment and related offenses.

He was also charged with simple assault, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest for the brawl.

Aimers was released Wednesday after posting 10 per cent of $350,000 bail, court records show.

His attorney, Louis Busico, said Thursday that Aimers 'absolutely denies all charges,' according to the Philadelphia Inquirer.

'He maintains his innocence, and he looks forward to clearing his name when this is all concluded,' Busico said.

He faces a preliminary hearing in the sex assault on Feb. 21.

It's not clear the status of his marriage.

Daniel Bennett, 19. (Mobile Metro Jail)

Sweet lord, Alabama.

A young man arrested for molesting a horse last year broke into a home on Monday, armed with a large sex toy, a stun gun and scissors, according to ABC affiliate WGNO.

Alabama police arrested 19-year-old Daniel Bennett after a woman who saw him breaking in through her kitchen window screamed for help.

Bennett ran away, but was apprehended by Mobile County Sheriff’s office deputies who are familiar with his history. In 2018, cops said they arrested Bennett for breaking into a barn and molesting the horse who lived there.

Bennett was charged with acosting a 20-year-old mare named Polly, according to Al.com. The barn had been broken into several times in the month prior to his arrest.

When he was picked up earlier this week, Bennett was carrying a “large rubber sex toy with a tube attached to it” in addition to the taser, scissors and a box of razor blades. It’s unclear what he was planning to do with those things.

Cops were reportedly told by other local homeowners that Bennett had been lurking around several houses in the neighborhood.

He was riding his bicycle when police apprehended him.

Authorities in Corvallis, Ore., opened an investigation after receiving a tip that Lahar had child pornography on his cell phone. Investigators obtained a warrant and searched Lahar’s house on Thursday where they found evidence of his atrocities, police said.

Lahar was arrested on a litany of charges including first-degree rape, first-degree sexual abuse, and using a child in a display of sexually explicit conduct, The Oregonian reported. It wasn't immediately clear what Lahar's relationship to the victim was. No further information about the infant's condition was available.

Christopher Rogers, 45, has been charged with assault on a public servant for allegedly biting off a piece of a police sergeant's ear during a DWI traffic stop in Denton, Texas

A Texas man who was pulled over on suspicion of driving under the influence is accused of attacking a police sergeant and biting off a piece of his ear.

The gruesome incident began unfolding just after 11pm on Friday, when an officer with the Denton Police Department pulled over a car after observing it weaving from lane to lane in the 1500 block of Interstate 35E.

The driver, identified as 45-year-old Christopher Rogers, pulled over on the shoulder of the northbound lanes near North Texas Boulevard but refused to get out of the car, according to a statement from the police.

An arrest affidavit stated that police noticed an empty bottle of vodka inside Roger' car, reportedFox 4.

As the officers tried to remove Rogers from the driver's seat, the motorist allegedly punched one of them in the face.

A backup officer and Sergeant Michael Rose then attempted to handcuff Rogers, but he resisted the officers and a struggle ensued.

Police said that during the melee, the officers and Rogers fell to the ground on the shoulder of the highway, and the suspect began to bite the sergeant’s head and ear, ultimately chewing off a chunk of Rose’s ear off.

The missing portion of the ear measuring 1 inch in width and a half inch in depth could not be recovered for the purpose of reattachment, so the damage to the sergeant's head will be permanent.

One of the officers on the scene had to repeatedly use a Taser on Rogers in order to subdue and restrain him.

Rogers was then taken to a hospital by ambulance. While he was being transported, the 45-year-old man allegedly kicked a paramedic attempting to treat him.

Following his release from the hospital, Rogers was booked into the Denton city jail on charges of DWI - second offense; resisting arrest, and two counts of assault on a public servant.

Sergeant Rose was treated at a hospital and released to continue his recovery at home.

'He’s ready to hit the streets again as soon as he’s healed up,' Denton police officer Bryan Cose toldWFAA.

Ashley, Lynda, and Ranley's bodies were discovered outside of the residence. Multiple firearms were also found at the scene.

Lyons revealed that the sole survivor of the mass shooting was Ashley's mother, who had been in a back bedroom when she woke up around 5.30am and heard 'popping noises'.

She called her son, who then called police. She was found unharmed in the locked bedroom after police arrived at the scene.

Lyons said Ashley's mother is being questioned so that authorities can better understand the timeline of events. She is not considered a suspect.

Authorities would not say whether Monday's shooting was a murder-suicide but said they are not looking for a suspect.

Amy MurrayMiller County Sheriff's Office

A Missouri woman used antifreeze to fatally poison her husband and then set their home on fire with his body still inside so she could marry a convicted murderer serving life in prison, according to reports.

Amy Murray, 40, was working as a nurse at the Jefferson City Correctional Center when she was having an affair with inmate Eugene Claypool, Fox 22 reported.

Murray allegedly started a fire inside her Iberia home on Dec. 11 and first responders found the body of Murray’s husband, Joshua Murray, inside, cops said.

Fire marshals determined that the blaze originated inside the master bedroom and that an accelerant was used to start the inferno, according to the Miller County Sheriff’s Office.

An autopsy concluded that Joshua was dead before the fire started and that he was poisoned with antifreeze.

Murray was charged with first-degree murder and armed criminal action in connection with her husband’s death, authorities said.

After Murray allegedly started the fire, she went to a McDonald’s with her 11-year-old son and dogs, according to the news outlet.

Court documents revealed that Murray had recorded phone conversations with Claypool in which she stated that she did not want to be married to her husband anymore, Fox 22 reported.

She added that she could marry Claypool because Joshua was dead and “out of the picture,” the report said. Murray even reportedly talked about getting an attorney to try to get Claypool released early.

Claypool is serving life in prison for fatally stabbing a 72-year-old Missouri man who won a lottery jackpot of $1.7 million.

Murray was being held at the Miller County Adult Detention Center on $750,000 bond.

Christian Steward Oscar Nichols faces an aggravated animal cruelty charge.

OLDSMAR, Fla. - A Florida man was arrested Monday after deputies said he recorded himself having sex with his dog.

Christian Steward Oscar Nichols, 21, was arrested on a charge of aggravated animal cruelty after Pinellas County detectives obtained videos of the man having sex with a Siberian husky.

An investigation into Nichols began last month when he was reported to the county's animal services organization. A tipster claimed video and photos of Nichols having sex with the dog were on the internet.

Deputies said the video obtained by detectives showed Nichols assaulting the animal while he was dressed in a dog costume. The dog is seen in the video trying to run away.

During an interview with authorities Monday, Nichols admitted to making the video with his dog, Ember.

The dog and another found on the property were removed from Nichols' property.

Minnesota Man Tells Cops: 'I Don't Have to Worry About a Divorce Now' After Allegedly Shooting Wife

Matthew Lynn Jansen

The victim was shot twice, in the neck and chest

Two months after serving her husband with divorce papers — and mere hours before she’d be moving out of the Blaine, Minnesota, home the couple had shared for many years — police say 46-year-old Mary Jo Jansen was fatally shot by her husband on Friday night.

Matthew Lynn Jansen, 46, allegedly called police immediately after the shooting. He was charged with Jansen’s murder.

According to the criminal complaint against Jansen, he nonchalantly commented to the arriving officers “I guess I don’t have to worry about a divorce now” before remarking, “I can’t believe I did it.”

Jansen has been charged with second-degree murder and is being held on $1 million bail.

According to a criminal complaint obtained by PEOPLE, police arrived at the Jansens’ home and ordered him to step outside, unarmed. As he complied, he allegedly told them his gun was inside and unloaded.

Officers entered the house to find an unloaded .44-caliber handgun on the stairs and Mary Jo’s lifeless body in an upstairs bedroom. Two shell casings were also recovered.

The complaint states that medical examiners concluded her death was a homicide resulting from single gunshots to the neck and chest.

Mary Jo’s family members told police she’d filed for divorce around Thanksgiving of last year, according to the complaint.

• Want to keep up with the latest crime coverage? Click here to get breaking crime news, ongoing trial coverage and details of intriguing unsolved cases in the True Crime Newsletter.

Although the divorce had not yet been finalized, Mary Jo had allegedly found a new apartment.

According to the complaint, it appears that the couple’s family had concerns that the split could turn violent. “Family members said they had removed firearms from the home and the defendant after an incident in December,” the complaint reads, without providing further details.

Investigators claim to have recovered a receipt for the gun used in the killing, indicating it was purchased earlier this month.

It was unclear Tuesday if Jansen had retained an attorney who could comment on his behalf. He has yet to enter a plea to the charge — but will likely be asked for one at his next hearing, which is scheduled for March 18.

Florida man nets erroneous $980,000 IRS refund, buys Lexus, gets busted

Freelancers’ finances tend to raise red flags with the Internal Revenue Service at tax time. But a Florida man who somehow managed to snag a $980,000 tax refund while classifying himself as freelance got more than an audit – though he could also get props for moxie.

Ramon Christopher Blanchett, 29, of Tampa eked out a hair under $18,500 in earnings for 2016 but inexplicably was credited with $1 million in withholding.

In February 2017 Blanchett did his own taxes, the Tampa Bay Times reported, filing electronically and listing his occupation as “freelancer.” He submitted several W-2 forms, one showing he earned $17,098 with $1 million of federal income tax withheld. The IRS duly issued the $980,000 refund, which Blanchett deposited at Sun Trust.

Sun Trust smelled fraud and froze the accounts, sending Blanchett a check. He opened a new account elsewhere, “falsely representing that the funds were from the estate of his deceased father,” the IRS states in a forfeiture complaint it filed in U.S. District Court in Tampa, and reported on by the Tampa Bay Times.

The feds finally caught up with him, but not before he’d opened several accounts by dividing the money up, and using $49,117 of it to buy a Lexus RC350.

That’s when the IRS confiscated the Lexus and the $919,251 that he had left. The IRS is still after Blanchett for the remaining $809, the amount of auto insurance he was refunded after losing the car to the feds.

Despite all this, Blanchett has not been charged, the Tampa Bay Times noted, though fraud charges could be forthcoming.

West Virginia woman who was fired from non-profit after calling Michelle Obama an ape in racist Facebook post, pleads GUILTY to defrauding FEMA of $18K in flood relief

CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- A woman from Clay County pleaded guilty to embezzling more than $18,000 in FEMA disaster benefits after the devastating June 2016 floods that claimed lives and significant property, U.S. Attorney Mike Stuart’s Office says.

Pamela Taylor, 57, admitted that she falsely registered for Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) disaster benefits after flooding in Clay County.

Sources tell us she's the same Pamela Taylor, the former development director in Clay County, who made national headlines in 2016 after she made a racist post about former first lady Michelle Obama. She was suspended before later returning to that position. Click here to see that story.

In the FEMA embezzlement case, investigators say Taylor claimed that her primary residence was damaged by the flood. She also claimed that she stayed in a rental unit after the flood.

As it turns out, according to investigators, Taylor’s home wasn’t damaged at all and she was still living there.

In a plea agreement, Taylor agreed to pay restitution of $18,149.04.

“The flood was a natural disaster. Stealing from FEMA is a man-made disaster,” Stuart said in a news release. “The floods of June 2016 were historic and devastating to thousands of West Virginians. Lives were lost. Too many of our brothers and sisters lost everything. FEMA dollars are critical but limited. Stealing critical FEMA dollars is a crime – literally and figuratively. Louisville, Kentucky reports record spike of 52 overdoses in 32 hours

Updated on: February 14, 2017 / 2:13 PM / CBS News

In a record spike, emergency crews in Louisville, Kentucky responded to 52 overdose calls within a 32-hour period last week. On Monday, dozens of people received free training on how to administer naloxone, a drug used to counter the effects of opioids like heroin, CBS affiliate WLKY reports.

“Everything happens for a reason, and I’m thankful it did happen, because I have a new look-out on life,” said Nathan Johnson, who said a recent overdose has him ready to stay clean.

“I got what I thought was heroin, I went in the bathroom, and dude told me it was strong, so I did just a tiny bit of it and they found me in the bathroom against the door with the needle in my arm,” said Johnson.

He isn’t alone. Louisville health officials said the record spike in overdoses last week is likely because of the synthetic opioid fentanyl, which is much more powerful.

“What we’re seeing in the streets right now is fentanyl mixed with heroin, as opposed to heroin mixed with fentanyl,” Russ Read, co-founder of Kentucky Harm Reduction Coalition, told WLKY.

During Monday’s training, attendees learned how to determine if someone has overdosed. Then they learned how to help them by calling 911, providing rescue breathing, and administering naloxone.

“They threw me in the shower, they did 18 minutes of CPR before the cops got there. Nothing was working, so the cop came in and he had to use two Narcans. It brought me back to life,” said Johnson. He can now use naloxone — or Narcan — on others. Kentucky’s ‘Good Samaritan’ law protects people who are administering the drug in an effort to keep someone alive.

“We’re often accused of being enablers, and we are. We are enablers. We enable people to live. We enable people to get a second chance. A third chance a fourth, how ever many chances it takes,” said Read.

Another free naloxone training session is set for Friday, Feb. 24 at the Louisville Department of Public Health and Wellness.
