Nah
nah. It was written was that shit. It was all down hill after that album.

Those was not fire albums to me. He lost me after belly And it was written. Got my ear back after ether and then Lost it againI got an original. IWW was cool but not no AEOM. Not in the same class IMO.
And all down hill? FOH! Stillmatic, Godson, Untitled, Life Is Good? If you're talking about I AM. I agree, but if not . . .![]()

I gotta listen to life is good. Godson lost me. They tried to diddy him up on that. Even Steve stout admitted that was a mistakeLife Is Good isn't/ wasn't fire? But IWW was? Mafiso, Frederico. To each his own.
Queens Story alone. Man listen.
Hate to say it but nas is at his best when he is on his ignorant shit. Positivity was his downfall. Ether was pure ignoranceLife Is Good isn't/ wasn't fire? But IWW was? Mafiso, Frederico. To each his own.

I'm shocked too.damn, shocked people are saying Tupac
I say the one with the least amount of music
I'm shocked too.
But I can't say the least amount of music. Quality has to count for something
Aww don't get defensive. It's all subjective talk.Of course you wouldn't.
Nah. Big is timeless. My grandughter be singing "biggie biggie biggie"Yeah, but even though I think a good portion of Tupac and Nas' catalogs is average or not good. I still think it's more than what Biggie did in two/three albums.

I feel one of the things Puff did right was he was more careful to protect Big's image after he passed than Suge/2Pac's estate did.
I think pac persona more is relevant than his music over timeSo is Tupac and Nas
I wouldn't vote for Nas for the simple fact I like Illmatic better than Biggie's two projects
Yeah. But tgat was jus ny. I know it ain't jus ny niccas on here. And I'm from ny and I voted nasPeople still personally hate Pac because of all the shit he talked and rappers he went at. So they talk that shit about he couldnt rap and his fake thug personality. As if more than half his music wasnt consious and about the Black struggle. But because Biggie could spit so good, him and his two funky little albums make him goat? Pac wasn't really a thug? Not really. But Biggie wasnt talking bout SHIT. In all honesty, Biggie was the first Rick Ross. Nas had a few trash albums, but he is still one of the best. And Jay is J.
I think pac persona more is relevant than his music over time
That helped his legacy to me. Niccas was really thinking he was immortal when his albums kept dropping.Dude I hated how his mom was putting out Tupac albums every six months.
I mean I understand, maybe she wanted the money.
but that should have been spread out and put out with better producers. Overseen and organized by someone who would make sure they were the best they could be.

On a personal level. You might still bump some PAC. But most of bigs songs still get a lot of spins by djs. Even ball gamesthe subjects he touched on are as relevant as ever from Trapped to White Man's World
Easy Moe Bee would have been my choice.
he is THE most under rated hip hop producer
EVER.
Yes. And they had good chemistry.

mo bee jus made hot tracks wit anybodyYes. And they had good chemistry.
Biggie gotta go....
Nas over biggie. That's a head scratcher
Aside of impact. Even nas put biggie ahead of him. It was always biggie jay nas or biggie nas jay. Depending on who tell itHow so???? I can't think of 1 rational reason to keep Biggie over Nas

liking the music is a big part of it. By the way both of bigs albums was fire . Maybe you need to listen toIf Nas said that I would say he's just being modest and respectful...Their bodies of work are in no way comparable. Biggie had 1 phenomenal album and 1 pretty good Double over a couple of years before his untimely death. Nas, Jay, are decades in and Pac had several years and multiple classic albums... I just don't see Biggie taking any one of these cats out unless you just don't like their music
