I already know how this gon turnout, knowing this place and how much vitriol there is for this dude but I'm interested to see what's what...

So go head and vote. Who's out BGOL?

Love all of their skills on the mic.
Have every last one of all of their albums.

Out of everyone, a lot Pac’s catalogue is ruined by wack ass features.
Being the reason that I skip a lot of his music.
All my favorite Pac songs are his solo shit.
For that reason, Pac has to go.
His music is the only music out of the 4 that I skip like crazy because I don’t want to hear the wack ass outlawz, or whomever the bum fuck he featured.

By default agreed. Not his fault of course

But then to be fair...

Jay Z got Reasonable Doubt, Black Album and Blueprint as certified classics...

edit 4:44

then you go Biggie both albums CLASSICS

then Pac got 2 CLASSICS maybe more?

so can we say the same for Nas?

Illmatic...

and then does he have an album top to bottom as strong?

Not singles not tracks not features....

ALBUM.

This album is better than every last one of Pac’, Big’s, and Jay’s.

Jay-Z.

I was never really hype about his music or pressed to have any Jay-Z albums. His music just didn't move me like Biggie, Pac, or Nas.

jay or nas dont matter who

I hate these things...

cause I always feel like it aint coming from love respect or apprecition

Its not like being kids

who can win in a fight

Hulk or the Thing?

Or even best dunker in NBA ...

Its feels like hate and nit picking and no fun and a waste cause you will NEVER change anyone mind.

And they great great these are legends

and its not even sports

music is completely and utterly subjective.

Once the foundation is that?

the entire debate is emotional bullshit.

Pac.

Extensively wack catalog. He has some mega hits and dope songs but damn when I go back he has albums full of trash.

I’ll give people a pass on getting rid of BIG cause he just doesn’t have enough work. It’s a shame. The work he has is pretty much homeruns or base hits. He doesn’t have many wack verses.

If you say Nas you just in your second childhood. If you a true listener to his music you know what I mean. He was grown before Jay though About 4:44

Jay: he the god MC, while a true Nas fan I think Jay with this grown up album out the last piece of puzzle together. He has put his life on wax and I actual appreciate the brother more, because he finally was able to grow up.

Illmatic, Stillmatic and It was Written are certified classics... IMO.."Life is Good" is as well. Beginning to end Heat!

Gods Son, Untitled and Hip Hop is Dead all got heavy rotation from me as well.
