What greatness are y'all talking about? Nigga it's a 4 team league right now. Most dudes can't even talk about their own teams because there's nothing happening. Yeah it's cool if you're a Warriors, Cavs, or maybe Spurs fan but other than that this shit is BORING! But that's all subjective. I like watching competition, but most people like watching dominance.
That's the problem. NBA fans think "dominance" is the way the game should be. The average NBA fan thinks parity is bad for the game. WTF? I would have killed myself(not really) if I was alive during Lakers-Celtics. A trilogy between GS and CLE would be solid this year but after that other teams need to start eating. I don't see how people find it fun as a spectator to basically know how the damn season will end from jump. Makes it easy for niggas to tune out the entire regular season and first 3 rounds of the playoffs. I'm hype to see the Sixers when Ben Simmons develops and clicks with Embiid. Giannias and Parker, I want to see Lilliard in the Finals, Melo get to the Finals, Harden etc. Different shit. I want to see teams really go at each other. I want to see teams actually want to win. I don't see that. I see teams accepting losing and watching other's eat.
NBA is full of nothing but teams claiming to be "rebuilding" and waiting their turn. Fuck that. Start competing.
Good post. Too bad this has had to be repeated over the last 10 years. And with the amount of money these guys are gettin ...I think its gonna be repeated for 10 more years.
We can blame it on lack of talent...but a lot of these guys are talented. They just dont care about the sport, winning titles etc. "Winning" is a old school mentality now ah days.
These new players are content with collecting a fat ass check and trend'n on Twitter; like Dion is trending now because the Heat just gave GS their 7th loss out of 40+ games

Nope, I come to the conclusion hes terrible on man 2 man D only good on being a clean up man. Most of his blocks come from help defense. Draymond even tho I think he's a bitch is a way better one on one defender and I don't think draymond has won it either. Last three have been Gasol and Kwahi
