What the fuck, u act like I just make up shit, like I be talking crazy out here. You know this what I do kinfolk.

DeMarcus Cousins trade rumors; Boogie and LeBron James superteam? Cavs inquired - A Sea Of Blue

Prediction: DeMarcus Cousins will not be with the Sacramento Kings beyond 2018.

That's the final year of the All-Star forward's contract, and it's time for a change of scenery. Hopefully, it will come to pass before then, and we've already seen Boogie mentioned in multiple trade rumors for over a year now.

The latest comes in the form of the Cleveland Cavaliers, who Steve Kyler of Basketball Insiders said, "inquired about" the possibility of getting Boogie, but talks have gone nowhere thus far.

The belief around the NBA is that the Cavs will look into trading Kevin Love, who is a bad fit for the Cavs, and try to get a player of similar value in return that fits better. Even with Cleveland just winning the NBA Finals, Love has failed to fit while playing alongsideKyrie Irving and LeBron James. It's going to prove difficult for Love to be traded for a package the Cleveland see fit, but some deal centered around Boogie for Love could work.

Last year, Cousins recorded career highs with 26.9 points and 1.6 steals to go with 11.5 rebounds, 3.3 assists and 1.4 blocks per game. He also added the three-point shot to his game more, shooting 210 three-pointers and hitting 33.3 percent of them.

Cousins is also ready to be part of a winning team, not to mention one that would be a strong title contender, something he'd be in Cleveland with LeBron and co. Just Monday, Cousins sounded frustrated with how the Kings have been drafting recently, which includes three first-round big men, a sign they may already be planning for life after Boogie.

Cousins is currently in Las Vegas training with Team USA for the Olympics. My guess is any trade for him wouldn't come until closer to the next regular season, possibly even to the 2017 trade deadline.

With 2017-18 being his final season under contract, the Kings will probably make a strong push to deal Boogie by that trade deadline in order to command a nice haul for him, something they reportedly tried earlier this year.

That is, if Boogie wants out of Sactown. Other possible trade partners could be theBoston Celtics, L.A. Lakers and Miami Heat(depending on what happens with Chris Bosh). Boston especially has the assets and potential to contend next season, while the Lakers would probably trade Julius Randleand some other assets to pry Boogie away.

Personally, I would love to see Boogie get to play with LeBron, Al Horford or another team with great veteran leadership that could help Boogie become a better pro on and off the court, similar to what Kyrie Irving says LeBron did for him.

It also should be noted that LeBron has yet to sign a new deal with Cleveland, though he's committed to doing such eventually. Perhaps he's waiting to see if the Cavs are able to swing a big trade and then do his deal to better accommodate it.

Whatever happens, it looks like Boogie is pretty happy with his life and playing with his dogs at the beach, so that's good.
No, I act like some dumb reporter made that up; The kings were never trading the Cousins to the Cavs; nobody wants Love except Boston; thats the underlying running joke of the league...like i said the Cavs have nothing to offer for Boogie, nothing...

I know what you do bro, u da man; but again reporters just say anything to create stories; There is a reason why the kings havent traded him yet

I don't know...

It would be I'll to have a Lakers Celtics again, true.

But the earth would tremble of the Dubs didn't make it to the finals...

And one of Durant old team mates did it...

Imagine?

SAS would impregnate himself.
Earth would crumble for sure:lol::lol:; And FUCK SAS; but NBA wants ratings; and what would offer the best ratings??

Shit I didn't say they were trading him or anything.

All I was addressing was the idea of brother Complex suggesting other teams might not want him. I just had to show him there's many NBA teams interested, so much so the Champs were.

The problem that exist is there's really no equal value along with players looking to stay in Sac town.

But they might want to get something for him before he get the "title fever" then leave in 2018

Gotcha; And you are right; there are plenty of teams that want Cousins; I would say 90% of the league would want him..

Only place I would trade him, if im the Kings, is Boston; They could get a few young pieces and several appealing draft pics; other than that, I dont really know; maybe the sixers; or maybe the Mavs if they get the lakers pick...

Yea Boston have the young players and you could get Al and some picks...

That would be a no brainer...take 2 years to build

Houston is winning so Ariza is staying put; but I know you love him on the Cavs:giggle:

Yea that was the summer the asked for him...

Ariza would be nasty, the Cavs look solid at times in defense but adding Trevor. Think about the closing defensive lineups Lue could throw out there. They need another center tho.

Kyrie
Shum/JR
Trevor/Liggins
Lebron
TT

Thats a weak ass lineup Bruh... Especially at the 2. Motherfuckers might not make it out of the east with a bullshit lineup like this one...

That line up would have been weak to me also. I don't think they would make it out the east

The Cavs are over the cap so they first would need to have the salaries match in which they don't. Cousins only makes 15 million while Love makes 22 million

Fux it since you talking crazy, I said they would have to Trade Love and TT...to make it fair but fux it just gonna be TT and McRae...

Man you have to be on top, so since I don't know what I be talking about...Love gonna have to stay now!

Shump has been dieing slowly; JR hasnt done nothing all year; TT is so so; Its really Bron Irving and Love; their bench is blah; It will be interesting to see if they make any moves; they are maxed out cap why so probably not

Cosign...

I said closing lineups, finally minutes of the game.

Shum is in the closing lineups and been in the closing lineups.
Ariza defending is equal but is a way better shooter...
