with the rave reviews this ghost rider gets do u think they try one more time at the movies...?

or did the nick cage ghost rider officially killed any reboot...like ben`s daredevil...lol

All rumors are that a reboot is in the works along with Blade.
(Wesley has been in talks with Marvel too)

I think they are looking for a studio to do R rated movies.

I would prefer a Blade and Ghost Rider, 8 episode series, on Netflix leading to a Midnight Sons series.

All three arcs been perfect this season,I really hope they make a fifth season.

What's crazy this would of been a perfect time for the Avengers to show up,but for whatever reason Marvel don't like the movies and TV shows to crossover.

Well since the Avengers are technically "Disassembled" and Nick Fury is still in hiding it gives Marvel an out/excuse to not crossover with the Avengers.

Last time they somewhat crossed over was Age of Ultron with the Helicarier.

I'm still wondering when is Marvel going to address Coulson still being alive to the rest of the Avengers? Its been 5 years since his death.

Yall hear about the Superior being MODOK?????

Loosely

Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. may have just introduced one of Marvel Comics’ more unusual characters: M.O.D.O.K. In “The Return,” the penultimate episode of Season 4, the LMD-turned-human Aida had a few chilling encounters with Anton Ivanov, aka the Superior. During one of these encounters, Ivanov told Aida that his “body is only designed for killing” — which uses the same phrasing as Mechanized Organism Designed Only for Killing and suggests that Ivanov could be a loose adaptation of the character of the same name.

:lol::lol::lol:

I want the REAL MODOK in the MCU....Its about time!!

I think he just the MCU version of one of the Red Guardians but I can see how they can flip him into MODOK, with a body and the Darkhold knowedge.

Agents of SHIELD Season 5 Confirmed
Agents of SHIELD Season 5 has now been renewed by ABC for the 2017-2018 season!

May 11, 2017
The latest season of Agents of SHIELD got off to a strong start with its Ghost Rider arc, despite the series being shunted off to a Tuesday night at 10 pm slot that traditionally isn't really a sign of tremendous confidence from a network. The viewership numbers of a little over 2 million viewers a week would be considered thoroughly healthy on a network like the CW, but on ABC, well, there are higher expectations.

Nevertheless, Agents of SHIELD Season 5 has officially been picked up by ABC. That's great news. There's one thing we're trying to figure out, though...

The thing is, will Agents of SHIELD Season 5 need a new night? Another Marvel drama, Inhumans, is scheduled to premiere on Tuesday, September 26th. Will ABC go the back-to-back Marvel show route, or will Agents of SHIELD need to find a new timeslot?

If Marvel does indeed put them on the same night, then we can pencil in September 26th for the Agents of SHIELD Season 5 premiere. If they move it, it's a safe bet it will be some time that week. Then again, Inhumans is only a 10 episode season. Perhaps Agents of SHIELD Season 5 will pick up at midseason after Inhumans has run its course.

We'll update this with more information when it becomes available.

Meanwhile, the season finale airs on Tuesday, May 16th at 10 pm.

good future debate thread

Its like the netflix shows have the realism and blood etc...but just about all of those series' could have been shortened to 8-10 episodes..

You ever watch AOS and think.."man, alot has happened in this episode already..like alot"....look at the clock and its only 30 minutes in...

Cant say that about the other shows

Not to mention all of the marvel characters that have been introduced...good and bad.

Where the hell is Deathlok? and the gay melty dude..Joey

That would be good, glad you caught it.

If MODOK is gonna be brought in, that means we will see AIM, we have not heard from them since Iron Man 3. They have fought Hydra, it would be nice to see them go against AIM and see live action of them in their yellow outfits.

AoS has been renewed for a Season 5!

Agents of SHIELD and Inhumans Will Air Friday Nights But Let's Not Panic Yet

Traditionally, Friday night is where TV shows go to die. It’s even referred to by many as the “death slot,” because so few people watch TV on Friday. So then, it’s rather inauspicious for the show that ABC has scheduled their huge new Marvel show Inhumans and moved Agents of SHIELD to—you guessed it—Friday.

Now, slotting the two Marvel series on Friday night doesn’t necessarily mean ABC isn’t confident in the show. The way people now consume TV is much different from the heyday of the “Friday Night Death Slot.” With DVRs and on-demand so prevalent, many people who were going to watch Inhumans weren’t going to watch it live no matter what night it’s on. It could very well just be that there are a lot of new and returning shows and Friday was the best fit.

Plus, when you add Agents of SHIELD into the mix, the argument shifts again. SHIELD is a show that has enough of an audience that ABC renewed it for a full, 22-episode fifth season. If ABC thought the show was truly doomed, it wouldn’t have done this. A move to Friday could just be the station’ sway of tempering expectations for the show; if it moves to Fridays, its audience of 4.5 million people looks better than it does on another night of the week.

Nevertheless, it’s still worrisome for Inhumans, a TV series based on a Marvel property once considered so big it was originally planned to be an actual movie. Agents of SHIELD moving to Friday nights is one thing, but Inhumans debuting on Friday probably isn’t great. And we don’t have a reason why (other than maybe Medusa’s wig); ABC had no comment on the scheduling decision and we had yet to hear back from Marvel TV as of publication.

However, Channing Dungey of ABC explained to Entertainment Weekly that “We’ve turned Friday into more of a destination for our fantasy and science fiction fans.”

When it does debut, Inhumans will follow the powerful, royal family of superhuman characters (lead by Anson Mount as Black Bolt) who escapes to Hawaii after being split up by a military coup on their own planet. In Hawaii, “their surprising interactions with the lush world and humanity around them may prove to not only save them, but Earth itself,” according to a press release.

The show will still first premiere in IMAX theaters on September 1 before debuting at 9:00 pm a few weeks later for its eight-episode first season. The show co-stars Iwan Rheon as Maximus, Serinda Swan as Medusa, Eme Ikwuakor as Gorgon, Isabelle Cornish as Crystal, Ken Leung as Karnak, Ellen Woglom, Sonya Balmores as Auran and Mike Moh as Triton. Agents of SHIELD will take over the same time slot for its fifth season once Inhumans ends.

(The next season of Once Upon a Time will also air on Fridays at 8:00 pm. Make of that what you will.)

It was fun while it lasted... :smh:

I don't understand, how these TV executes put their best shows on Friday and expect it to work. And,act surprised when the ratings are down.

There is a reason, why they call it the "Friday Night Death Slot" for a reason....

It was fun while it lasted, hopefully the writers give it a proper ending next season, because I don't expect it to come back for a season 6.

It was fun while it lasted... :smh:

You know what I'm going to disagree on this.... I actually see this as a good move. Genre shows do better later in the week. Look at SciFi and Grimm for that... Tuesdays were too fucking packed with shit. Now a dude has a chance to watch this show live. It's never going to be a ratings powerhouse, but it will be the only game in town for genre heads.

Hold up thou.... Shield got bumped for these two shows..

Something tells me that this last show is going to be filled with Racially uncomfortable humor for the entire family.

Well Tuesday is a comedy night on ABC which hurt it in the ratings to begin with.

And Blackish is moving to Tuesday at 9.

And seeing that it's up against Taken (NBC) and the Exorcist (FOX) at 9 it should do better in the ratings.

Fridays have sometimes been a good Scfi spot with shoes like XFiles, Fringe and Grimm

I see a total of 6 years which ends with Marvel's Phase 3 in 2019.

Even if it ends after Phase 3 they can always integrate Shield into the next Phase of movies.
