2nd he was suprised when the Dixie rep killed his own worker in front of him
and then he was genuinely concerned for the preacher's health


i could see Ava wanting to kill the prostiute or his kin and Boyd not being able to pull the trigger later on in the season

Boyd trying harder and harder to have some type of code even "adopting" Raylan's father.

But I disagree with Boyd really softening and using the snake as an example.

He STILL brought an ACTUAL POISONOUS SNAKE to the tent.

He knew what could happen and he COULD have just left with the snake.

TRUST Boyd KNEW that the boy was a TRUE BELIEVER it was his sister that was shady.

He KNEW what would probably happen and he felt like HEY if the Lord REALLY wants you to live...so be it.

THAT is some cold shit right there.

Boyd is a sociopath plain and simple. He may have morals and a code and respect but at his core...

We agree...I'm just saying Boyd is a damn evil genius. And he reads people very well. He knew DAMN well what was most LIKELY going to happen.
He didnt WANT it to, but he sure as hell wasnt going to do THAT much to stop it.

The work some of these actors put in is AMAZING..cause I seen them on other shows even recently on Burn Notice, and it aint NOTHING like the work on Justified.
