This game is really fucking hard to watch. African teams are really, really bad technically, they just skate by using personal abilities but zero, zilch technical ability. Every one of the forwards for each African is shot or goal shy. Even Senegal was poor, their shot selections were extremely bad. Watching African teams trying to score is like watching the Falcons or the special aid kid on his way to beating the fastest guy only to fall at the finish line for no fucking reason.

Footballers who rely on their athletic prowess ALWAYS lose. This is why most Americans don't relate to the sport. Americans sports rely on being bigger, faster and stronger but football requires much more technical ability, especially in the boxes.
I coach my kids technique first and athleticism second all day everyday.
