what are you basing this on? Im not trying to be combative, but I am genuinely curious as I only have anecdotal evidence from being in Germany a few times.
Don't get me wrong Germans are friendly. But when it's come to who they consider German, that's a whole different story.

I lived in Germany for a year working on a project. I had a fling with a woman during my time there, one day she brought me with to go see her parents. Her father said something in German that made her furious. I'm sitting their like wondering why, the dude looked very calm when he said it. We left, and then she told me he said "he hopes it's just a fling and that I wouldn't breed with her" or some shit like that. I asked why would he say such a thing, and she told me that people like him are worried about us tarnishing German blood.
Shit made me bitter.

This was in Dresden, Germany. Yeah, her family seemed to be well off, in terms of what their political ideologies were, I don't know.
Most of the progressive Germans seem to live in places like Berlin or Hamburg.

The ref saved them; that funny looking pest, Enrique Valdez, scored a goal, but it was disallowed on a questionable offside call.
