Need something to wash those cookies and cake down and eat cereal with though.Nothing if you're a baby cow. Otherwise, it ain't "healthy" as advertised nor was it intended for you.

It worked for me. Over time the body does adjust to it though.
The first thing you have to do is figure out what your goals are for fasting, and what results you are looking for, and in what time frame.Oh I arguing against that.
You misunderstood
I want a fasting for dummies safe set of guidelines.
I think something like that is beneficial for not only legitimizing it but having much more successful results and minimizing skepticism and bad results.
What’s the dosage on that? How many times a day etc?
There is a town in Greece of old ass people that eat yogurt dailyStop spreading this bullshit. Do we need dairy products? No we dont because we can get calcium, protein, etc from other sources, but milk is a easy source of those nutrients and can be part of a healthy diet.
Same scientist who told us drink cows milk and eat cheese.
Facts. Dairy products are not intended for human consumption.
What's the longest you've fasted? I did a ten day fast once.
It's not about what science thinks. It's about how man's diet was suppose to be. We were never meant to eat this many times a day.
Yes, you are correct about there not being a consensus protocol from the scientific and medical community. However, it is generally believed amongst dedicated and well-informed practitioners that 24 hours is an excellent basis to derive medium to maximum benefits as ketosis occurs between 12-24hours. Moreover, between the 24-36 hours mark, senescent cells die off via the autophagic process.
Is that bc they don't want you doing it bc it works
I may have to try itAll of these.
Im big supporter of fasting
Intermittent fasting is my lifestyle. 20-4 most days with one meal a day on weekends when i eat cheat meals. I do a 36 hour fast weekly from Sunday at 7pm until Tuesdays at 7am. Monday afternoons i hit the gym to hit my squats and deadlifts at the peak of my fast and feel strong as fuck.
Intermittent fasting with healthy eating and cheat meals in moderation along with an exercise program will yield good results.
Plus i have bloodwork to back it up, last A1c was 4.9, my fasting glucose hovers from 80 to 90. I discussed with my dr about fasting and she told me to keep it up.
The biggest thing is doing whatever works for you and finding something that is a lifestyle.
That old nigga puts ensure in his cheerios.Who is to say steak was intended for you?
It is from the cow's body as well.
Humans cultivate and find food based on their needs.
Cow milk wil negatively affect the lactose intolerant. Sure.
Steak will slowly kill you buy clogging your arteries.
What is the difference.
I think it's a great starter for those who want to lose weight but once they've hit that plateau their going to need something else and what that is,I don't know cause everyone is different.
There are many ways of consuming calories this is a different one....
Did a scientist tell you that?
Humans are mammals.
All of these.

During plateaus its good to take a week off and eat more carbs and do light walking. When you get back to normal your body will react which helps beat plateaus
^^^Nothing else needs to said about losing weight. Nothing. They been debunking it for some time now. As long as you are in a calorie deficit you will lose weight.

Says who? You’re not supposed to starve yourself either. You eat when hungry
I'm thinking about 730am to 130pm eating window because it's difficult for me to skip breakfastWorked for me
8 on 16 off
most of my "off" Is night and middle of the night when you should be asleep
Naw, it is not proven to make you lose weight any faster than eating regular on a deficit. At the end of the day there is no one way to lose weight, you use the method most comfortable and stay at a caloric deficit.Intermittent fasting is a proven way to meet that calorie deficit, it's easier to do a eating window than trying to eat 3 meals during the day trying to figure out what foods to eat and portions so you can keep your caloric intake low
That's too shortI'm thinking about 730am to 130pm eating window because it's difficult for me to skip breakfast

So people who eat cheese and drink milk are less healthy and die earlier than people who dont drink milk?
Humans are mammals.
Humans produce their own milk. Which is not the same as cow's milk. And baby humans consume their mother's milk, not 45 year old men. If you're not sucking on your Mom's titty at 45 then why are you sucking on a cow's titty, essentially? Milk period, is for babies. Titties dry up eventually and by that time babies are on solid food, be it humans or other mammals.
