That's just it . . . you aren't supposed to use anything xtra.
The point of the fast is to remove biological plaque from your system. You're basically debugging your system so it runs at its' highest efficiency. Its not only for your digestive tract and waste removal organs . . . it's for your cerebral resources as well.
Why this is a good thing is this . . . Scientists have finally figured out what aging is . . According to Michio Kaku(and I'm sure a great many others)
Aging is the accumulation of biological errors.
When you fast, you eliminate the toxins that corrupt and impede proper and efficient cellular communication, thus producing cellular mutations(errors) within the cellular regeneration process. Mutated cells behave erratically, and are one of the many causes of system failure . . .sometimes in the form of cancer. The list of items is all you need. I just took a cursory glance but could not locate my copy as yet. But I will post it soon as I find it.

#15 Start with three days and gradually build up. You could hurt yourself going from eating solid food to the cleanser. Start off slow, then you have to gradually start eating solid food again. If you make it to day 3, you can make it to day 10.
You'll feel like a new person though after the fast tho'.
The Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet consists of:
2 tablespoons lemon (or lime) juice (approx. ½ lemon)
2 tablespoons of genuine “grade B” maple syrup (not maple flavored sugar syrup)
1/10 teaspoon (just a dash) of cayenne pepper (red pepper) or to taste
8 oz water, room temperature
l did this "lemonade diet" just about two years ago. l suggest before doing this cleansing, start training your self to eat less. If you like to eat, then this cleansing is not for you as you will not have the will power to keep from putting something in your mouth.
How l prepared my lemonade diet drink went like this, 8oz. of lemon juice ( squeezed from lemons from my lemon tree ), 8oz. of 100% grade A pure maple syrup ( get from Trader Joes ), 64 to 72oz of water, and about 4-8 teaspoons of Cayenne. Also, The herbal tea everyone is talking about is just something to help you pass all the shit you have stored up in up. l used a product called "smooth move". Guaranteed to work in 4 to 8 hours.
Personally, I weighed 250 at the time and l lost 13lbs. in 13 days with no eating ( that was tough!! ). 10days on the lemonade diet and 3 days on low sodium soup and salads, vegetables and fruits, and orange juice to get back to eating regular food again. l noticed l lost the weight in my stomach and my face wasn't as chubby.
From what l understand, the lemon juice breaks down the shit that won't pass through your intestines while also cleansing the blood and promoting good blood flow, the maple syrup is you source of sugar which the body turns into energy, and cayenne pepper is an anti-bacteria agent and it helps to get rid of mucus, and the herbal tea helps to pass what the lemon juice has broken up in the stomach and/or intestines.
One last note, l can't remember who wrote the book on this but this "fast" is based off the biblical reference to Jesus Christ going on that 40 days and nights walk without being tempted by the devil. So to complete this, it would be 40 days but you can break it down like 2 20's 4 10's. But if you can do 3, you definitely can do 10 and maybe more......

CABBAGE SOUP DIET?
Directions:
1. Slice green onions, put in pot and start to sauté with cooking spray.
2.0Cut green pepper stem end off and cut in half, take seeds and membrane out. Cut the green pepper into bite size pieces and put in pot.
3. Take the outer leafs layers off the cabbage, cut into bite size pieces, put in pot.
4. Clean carrots cut into bite size pieces, put in pot.
5. Slice mushrooms into thick slices (otherwise they will disappear in the soup), put in pot.
6. If you would like a spicy soup, add a small amount of cayenne pepper (red pepper) now (1/3 teaspoon is quite a bit as the soup will get spicier as it cooks further).
7. You can use beef or chicken bouillon cubes for seasonings. They have all the salt and flavors you will need.
8. Use about 12 cups of water (or 8 cups and the V8 juice), cover and put heat on low. Let soup cook for a long time (two hours works well).
9. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
10. Eat all the soup you want, whenever you want for the next 7 days.

Day 3 - Fruit and vegetables no potatoes and bananas
