Melo will latch on to another team, but he's going to have to realize that he's going to come off the bench wherever he goes, New Orleans would be an ideal spot for him, or maybe San Antonio but he has to buy into the system

The problem: he is coming off of the bench, but he's not scoring. His problem is his scoring and you know he's not known for his defense.
Charles was right,you could never build a team around a player like Melo and he can't be put with younger players who run and gun because that's not him and he's not going to play defense and it's too late now to try to make him the type of player he's never going to be.He's not Lebron and never will be.....and the way the game is now,their going to shoot you right off the court and his ass out of the NBA.He should be more like KD or try to be but it is what it is.......good luck to him.

Morey already said Melo isn't being cut and went out his way to defend him. Allegedly he was sick Thursday for the Thunder game. They also didn't mention that CP3 had an elbow injury which is why he played like shit the last 3-4 games.

Melo would put the Sixers over the top he has a killer instinct is not afraid to shoot and with Ben Jimmy Butler/ Markelle driving they can kick it out to Melo he can knock down an open shot at 25-30 mins a game or in crunch time if Embiid is double down low. When they want to run a defensive set you substitute Melo with Wilson Chandler

I was at the Rockets/Pacers game last week and watched him pretty exclusively when he was on the court. He played no D (typical) but really seemed interested in doing nothing but pulling anytime he touched the rock. Horrible shots. No way he can make it even in that three heavy, chuck it up system; wow.
