It's my theory that the people who were killed in a relation to the Mike Brown murder in Ferguson were pulled over by cops or cars posing as cops. That's the only way people would stop.

Don't they have cameras in the parking lot or close by in the surrounding neighborhood? The shooting happened at the Ateras Aprtments which is a gated community. There has to be all types of cameras there. They at least got the car and plates; if not the shooting or shooter.
