Joshua Brown was just murdered....

Then you would be wrong. The shooting at the nightclub wasn't about the police, but about the shit he and his folk was in.

"Last November, Brown was shot and another man was killed outside the Dallas Cabaret strip club on Walnut Ridge Street in Northwest Dallas.

Kendall Deshonn Morris has been indicted on charges of murder and aggravated assault in connection with the incident. He is currently out on bond.

The Dallas Morning News wrote a story on the incident last December.

The DMN cited an arrest affidavit stating that Morris and another man were at the club celebrating a birthday and encountered Brown at the strip club.

The other man wanted to fight Brown and the two men fought in the street, the News reported. When Brown and his friends attempted to leave, Morris pulled a gun out of a car and handed it to another man, the story said.

Nicholas Shaq'uan Diggs was killed and Brown was hit in the foot."

"In November, Brown was wounded in the foot in a shooting that left a 25-year-old man dead outside a Dallas nightclub, The Dallas Morning News reports.

“He was concerned that the people who shot him there still wanted to do him additional harm,” said Merritt, who also represents Jean’s family."

He skipped out of town because he already had some beef with folk who didn't mind gun play.

Ya'll must not be from Texas. A four hour drive ain't shit. And niccas drive to wherever they have a connect....Louisiana - Texas drug connection been alive and kicking for 50 years bruh...lol....BOTH directions...
You don't have to be from Texas to know about going OT. I think cats just trying to put aside reality to make the conspiracy fly. I mentioned many times in the past about cats from Ohio taking fucking roadtrips to Texas. Now folks who should know fucking better questioning OT roadtrips for work? :hmm:

I don't trust pigs, but folks who coming with the conspiracy ain't even using reality. Because if you questioning road trips, you have no business talking about this shit. Period. You either really don't know how SOME hustlers operate or just being blatantly dishonest to push a point.

Does that fool on twitter think drug dealers sign up to some type of registry? Does he think all cats who sell get knocked for it? And he's another person who thinks road trips don't happen daily. :smh:

Look. We still don't have all the facts. Pigs are crooked. Pigs do plant drugs. Those are facts. Other facts are cats go OT all the fucking time for work. Folks have relatives, friends, etc, and might travel for the connect. Some cats moving weight don't even have parking tickets. Cats get shot every fucking day dealing drugs. Some planned, some in the moment over dumb shit. Facts.

So if we running with the conspiracy, best thing folks can say is all the facts haven't come out, but I don't trust pigs. But denying it because of a road trip or him not having a record as a dealer is ridiculous.

Let's have an independent investigation.

They're already laying this out as self defense. He shot them first. They just returned fire.

It's possible that the cops caught them doing something else that probably had some real time associated with it; and this was their way out with only a few years attached at its worst.
I'm no lawyer, but how you claim self-defense while committing a felony? Folks get 15 to life when one of their cohorts are killed during a crime. At best, they trying to avoid life/death penalty by saying it wasn't premeditated, but they ain't walking with a few years.

They all looking at an easy 15.

Granted; but I doubt they're going to lead with "we were doing a drug deal". For all we know they were arguing over a parking spot?
:dunno:

Yeah, each one might have a different story. 2 might have the same story with one having another. All 3 might have the same story. But I bet the two non-shooters going to cop to the drug deal(if there was one) just to throw the shooter under the bus.

Once these cats start to get arraigned, more will come out and it will be much easier to tell whether or not this a conspiracy.

Do I owe your bitch ass doc review ass something? Bitch.
No. You owe yourself something you ho ass coon.. Some got dame dignity. Go buy some bitch nigga.

Oh, and the kid disputed and discredited her entire testimony on her actions and commands upon entering the residence.. You dumb bitch.

I'm done with early reports. Seems like the shooting in the mouth shit was wrong. Also, Brown does have a history of drug arrests. So people were running to Twitter without even doing basic research.

Defense didn't bring it up, so folks didn't do their research. :smh: More will come out. Wonder how the conspiracy holds up. Folks already backtracking.

Lee Merritt, an attorney who represents Jean’s family in a lawsuit, initially tweeted that Brown had been shot in the mouth and chest, but later backed off that statement, saying he’d also heard from a witness who said Brown was shot in the side and buttocks.

A government official who spoke to The Dallas Morning News on condition of anonymity said he was shot in the back and thigh. Dallas County Judge Clay Jenkins wrote in a tweet that he “was not shot in the mouth or head but was shot more than one time." Dallas police have said he was shot multiple times in his lower body.

The Dallas County medical examiner’s office said Brown died from multiple gunshot wounds but has not released his autopsy report, which would detail the location of his wounds.

Austin police found him and another person passed out in a car in April 2015, and a search of the vehicle turned up cocaine, marijuana and an anti-anxiety drug, the Daily Mail reported. He pleaded guilty to a charge of attempted possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to 18 months of probation.

After a 2016 conviction on a drug-possession charge in Leon County, about 120 miles southeast of Dallas, Brown was sentenced to 180 days behind bars. In that case, a deputy found a small bag of cocaine on Brown’s wallet in a car parked in a fire lane outside a Centerville gas station, according to the Daily Mail. Brown later wrote to a judge from state jail, saying that he planned to “put the whole series of events behind me and start off on a clean path” after his release.

Brown was arrested again in Carrollton in 2017 on misdemeanor counts of marijuana possession, evading arrest, resisting arrest and unlawful carrying of a weapon. According to police, officers attempted to perform a traffic stop on Brown, who had outstanding warrants from the East Texas town of Tool, and he ran away before his eventual capture. The weapon charge was dropped in a plea deal, and he was sentenced to 45 days in jail in 2018, court records show.

Details of the shooting according the the rats...

According to arrest-warrant affidavits, Green got out of the car to talk to Brown, leading to an altercation.

Jacquerious Mitchell told police that he got out of the car and Brown shot him, then he heard two more gunshots as he fell back into the car, according to an affidavit. Green then got into the car with Brown’s gun and a backpack containing marijuana, police said.

Michael Mitchell, the driver and Jacquerious Mitchell’s uncle, then dropped off his nephew at a hospital, police said. Jacquerious Mitchell told police Green directed him to lie about where he was shot and who he was with, according to the affidavits.

The rental car, a silver 2020 Kia, was returned in Alexandria on Sunday.

Officers found a holster in Brown’s waistband, but no gun, according to an affidavit. When police searched Brown’s apartment, they seized 12 pounds of marijuana, 143 grams of THC cartridges and $4,000 cash.
