Oh Karen
This is like the Vichy French. After they got their ass kicked, they completely submitted.A Reporter’s Footage from Inside the Capitol Siege
Luke Mogelson followed Trump supporters as they forced their way into the Senate chamber, using his phone’s camera as a reporter’s notebook.www.newyorker.com
This is a longer video of them in the Capitol. They are stealing documents and taking pictures/videos while the cops are just watching or escorting them around. At one point in the video, cop comes into the Senate chamber and basically asks them to "hurry up" like they are viewing a closed exhibit in a museum.
If you plan to go to the inauguration please be mindful these magats aren’t playing.
Notice the cops everywhere just watching this bullshit.
I await seeing da 1st sentence of one of these peckerwoods. Through da book at 'em. Somebody is gonna have to be made an example of because if not, it'll set a horrible precedent.
I dont know if he can pardon co-conspirators to the sedition hes currently being impeached for.I am still not entirely convinced trump won't issue a blanket pardon. He knows how to manipulate these cacs and that would make him even more of a deity in their eyes.
That face makes me believe he's going to introduced to this guy:

Man who shot video of fatal Capitol shooting is arrested, remains focus of political storm.
WASHINGTON — He’s a speed skater. He organizes protests, alienating activists on both ends of the political spectrum. He drove an Uber. And his 40-minute video following rioters through the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, capturing the fatal shooting of a Trump supporter, has placed John Earle Sullivan — “Activist John” — at the center of a conservative campaign to blame liberal groups for the Capitol siege.
The video also landed him in jail. Federal authorities tracking down Capitol trespassers watched Sullivan’s video, interviewed him and then obtained warrants Thursday charging him with causing a civil disorder, trespassing and disorderly conduct. Sullivan repeatedly exhorted rioters to enter the building and overwhelm police, and seemed to convince Capitol Police officers to walk away from the glass door entry to the House Speaker’s Lobby, his video shows. Moments later, with Sullivan screaming warnings about a gun, rioter Ashli Babbitt is shot and killed on the video by a Capitol Police officer.
Sullivan later claimed he was there to document — not participate — in the event.
His video attracted the attention of right wing leaders, including President Donald Trump’s lawyer, Rudy Giuliani, who said it showed that antifa was the true organizer of the attack; and Rep. Mo Brooks, R-Ala), who called Sullivan a “BLM & fascist #ANTIFA supporter arrested for role in Capitol assaults.”
But Sullivan is hardly the darling of the left. He began organizing protests in Utah last year, and at one of the first, one of the protesters shot a motorist, said Lex Scott, a racial justice organizer who founded Black Lives Matter Utah more than seven years ago.
“He came in to chase clout and get those media headlines,” Scott said of Sullivan. “Now, it’s not my place to ever tell anyone how to be an activist or what their goals should be … but the fact is that Black Lives Matter Utah has never had one arrest in seven years. We’ve never caused any violence, any destruction of property and this man comes in here and taints our reputation in a day.”
That's because you are Black. How do you travel to another state/area (especially a place with strict firearm laws) for work and forget you have your firearm and ammo in your vehicle? I don't believe his story.
Naw bruh...that excuse aint working. People know certain states/areas (NY, NJ, CT, Cali, IL, etc.... aka to right wingers as the Communists States of America) where you best check those laws. I don't know the firearm laws in DC but I know they're strict there. You think a guy who lives in Virginia doesn't know DC has strict firearm laws? Naw...he was trying to be slick and got caught. That's because you are Black.
So naturally, you are ALWAYS aware of the gun laws in your immediate surroundings.
But when you are white... you don't pay as close attention to gun laws if you don't think they apply to you.
Yeah, if you are white & you have alot of guns... you might leave one in the car every now & then.
Ok, if he was trying to be slick & got caught... then why did they RELEASE HIM so quickly?Naw bruh...that excuse aint working. People know certain states/areas (NY, NJ, CT, Cali, IL, etc.... aka to right wingers the Communists States of America) where you best check those laws. I don't know the firearm laws in DC but I know they're strict there. You think a guy who lives in Virginia doesn't know DC has strict firearm laws? Naw...he was trying to be slick and got caught.
Got...damn you fighting hard for the cac. Wrote a whole damn thesisOk, if he was trying to be slick & got caught... then why did they RELEASE HIM so quickly?
Dude wasn't even locked up for 24 hours. He got caught, arrested & released within less than 6 hours.
He knows that DC has strict gun laws... but you seem to forget that the reporters say he was CARRYING firearms for a contract job that he was working (legally). This dude was literally ALLOWED to legally carry firearms just a few blocks away from where he was stopped. And he said he stopped to "ask for directions" when he got arrested.
If he was such a "big threat" that you seem to think he is... THEN WHY DID THEY RELEASE HIM SO QUICKLY just days after right-wingers tried to hold a Coup & overthrow the government???? That makes no sense whatsoever.
"Yeah, we just increased all the Security... and brought in THOUSANDS of armed National Guardsmen... and we caught this suspicious fella with Glock & 500 rounds... soooooooooo... this seems like the very best time to let him go on his way, with the entire nation watching how we handle this situation."
Or maybe they checked him out & checked out his story & they realized he's not as big a threat as you seem to think he is.
You are 100% correct. Front royal is like 45 minutes from DC and definitely knows the laws here. Not sure what his intent was but he knew.Naw bruh...that excuse aint working.
It’s called capitalism aka sick care make $$ vs preventative care like all other countriesWhat is so bad about universal healthcare in the U.S.? Why are Republicans so against it?
For forty years, the central platform of the GOP has been that government is the problem. Their entire anti-tax agenda has been based on the idea that money spent on social programs is wasteful and inefficient, and that government can’t do anything right.
This has become a self-fulfilling prophecy echoed by austerity movements around the world: you argue that government programs are ineffective, you use those arguments to cut the funding to those programs, less funding makes them less effective, and then you can point to the failure of those programs as evidence that you need to give them less money, to the cheers of the people whose taxes you’re cutting.
The problem is that you reach an end state which is pretty much where the US is right now, where you can no longer effectively cheer up people who have been driven into poverty by a failing society by cutting their taxes further.
Today’s Republicans know that if the US makes a turn towards social democracy they’re finished. That’s how they’ve gotten backed into having a racist populist demagogue as their party figurehead: they literally had nothing left to offer the American people.
A public healthcare system that’s better than the awful, expensive, chaotic, inhumane, monstrous one we have now will put the lie to 40 years of Republican ideology. The GOP already barely holds onto power as it is. If the country turns, they’re done.
Or they have no use for this generation of slaves so why not advocate for their deaths. In 100 years Indians are going to be having these conversations. It’s called capitalism aka sick care make $$ vs preventative care like all other countries

An associate of Rudy Giuliani told a former CIA officer that a Trump pardon would 'cost $2 million': report
An aide to Rudy Giuliani, President Donald Trump's personal lawyer, told an ex-CIA officer seeking a presidential pardon that it would "cost $2 million," The New York Times reported Sunday.
- An associate of Rudy Giuliani's told a former CIA operative seeking a pardon that it would cost $2 million, The New York Times reported.
- Giuliani disputed the ex-CIA officer's account, telling the Times he doesn't remember the meeting and that helping someone obtain a pardon would be a conflict of interest.
- The Times reported that several people with connections to Trump have accepted large sums of money from people seeking pardons.
- Visit Business Insider's homepage for more stories.
The revelation came as part of a wide-ranging Times report that describes how several people close to the president have collected large sums in exchange for helping people seek pardons.
John Kiriakou, the former CIA operative, was sentenced to 30 months in prison in 2012 for disclosing the identity of a fellow officer involved in waterboarding. Kiriakou told the Times he had sought a pardon through other people with connections to the president - in order to carry a handgun and access his pension - but the topic came up during an unrelated boozy meeting with Giuliani and his associates at the Trump International Hotel in Washington, DC.
When Giuliani went to the restroom during the meeting, one of his associates said Giuliani could help, but "it's going to cost $2 million - he's going to want two million bucks," Kiriakou told the Times.
Kiriakou did not take them up on the offer, according to the Times.
"I laughed. Two million bucks - are you out of your mind?" Kiriakou told the outlet. "Even if I had two million bucks, I wouldn't spend it to recover a $700,000 pension."
I think this is the point we've reached. 40 years of Reaganomics has left so many in such bad shape. I think we may be on the tipping point of social democracy or anarchy. What is so bad about universal healthcare in the U.S.? Why are Republicans so against it?
