I tested positive for Covid.

Funny thing is I take all necessary precautions and tested positive. My wife is a nurse and tested negative.
Woke up this morning feeling like I've never felt before. Plus I have bronchitis. Going into quarantine.

Where do you think you picked it up? I got it at a restaurant in New Orleans for certain. Had one really bad night, otherwise trouble breathing and chills.

I told y'all before being vaxxed and boosted don't mean shit you can still catch the shit.

Coconut water honey - warm water

constantly

When my brother had covid, in addition the immunity formula I gave him, I gave him this tea. Normally he just drinks what I give him to appease me, but this made him feel so much better he was asking for it and then was making it for himself when I wasn't home. It's a loose tea tho.

Edit: I put the wrong tea. I purchased that one but this is the one he used. I gifted it to folks also. Check out the reviews.

Correct one:
Teatox life Elderberry Flower Tea with Calendula, Yarrow, Rosehip, Thyme, Peppermint| Vitamin C Immunity Tea for Respiratory Sinus Relief, Immune System Booster, Cough & Cold Season

Amazon product ASIN B06XK8NR27

You need warm liquids to keep breaking up all the mucus
coconut oil clears you out

and honey clears you out

coconut penetrates deeper and your nose will be running
honey opens the throat up

That's ruff man. Some good advice already posted. My oldest daughter came home 2 days ago and she tested positive. Now she's on quarantine.

Ginger and lemon shots, drink lots of water, take a lot of hot showers and when head under the water breath in the steam, when you can try to step out and breath some fresh air, get some vitamin c in you, hot tea , maybe some soups.. try to relax and not worry to much and watch some comedies.. should be good in a week

Sorry to hear that brother....I was in the same boat a few weeks ago
Wife and I went outta town....came back and couple days later I tested positive for Covid...I immediately locked myself in the guest room so nobody else in the house would get it but unfortunately my pregnant wife tested positive almost a week later smh
I'm double vaxxed but didn't get any boosters.

As soon as I started feeling sick...I started flooding myself with vitamins, and cold treatments, buckleys etc. as I normally do whenever I get sick.
but the symptoms increased rapidly...by the second day I was coughing up a lung, and had crazy fatigue...kept just consuming liquids...Ginger and garlic tea with manuka honey every couple of hours, vegetable broth and noodle soups, soda crackers. hot showers finishing with cold shower blast for 30 seconds.
I got progressively better over the next few days, but recovery definitely wasn't as quick as with a normal cold. I usually recover from that in a day or so...the couple times I've had covid...the shit would just linger and linger no matter what

started doing calisthetics in the room when I was able to, some push ups, crunches etc. but still haven't been back to the gym yet.

Hope you feel better soon brother
