Cosgin playa. They make great chin up bars now that sit on the ledge of the doorway (any door frame) and wont come down. Check the one for P90 x. I have one but a different brand

BUT, i hardly use it. I'm in the park on the monkey bars. They actually have a work out area for adults painted in blue and yellow. If you notice its really not for kiddies. Its meant for adults who want to do callisthenics.

(Check out the second video. The brother is working out on the adult version of the monkey bars)

A lot of parks have them now. They even have instructions on some of the workouts you can do using the bars. Callisthenics is starting to make a serious come back for adults

to kill the myth..I can still play with 455+ on bench...tip the scales at 235lbs and can do 25 pull ups non stop with palms facing or non facing and can knockout 37 dips with a 45lb hanging between my legs...after a killer bench day and triceps workout.

There's a big difference in working out to wreck yard than just working out to walk through the mall

U RIGHT, mot big dudes cant do that cause they wieght over 190 pounds. if you see big niggaz benching 350 while the weight 250+ pounds, this shit wont happen. but some scrawny 15-180 pound nigga this aint shit cause you already benching 250 i hope, thats 70-120 pounds over your weight limit. but dont get it twisted alot of big niggaz can still do this

Yea playa was just messing with the big dudes in here. Sure doesnt mean they arent strong with the weights. But Its cool for kats who cant afford the gym and also for big dudes too, that you can shred your body using just your own weight.

Good stuff in here. I wish we could post before and after bar work flicks in here

I'm around 235 13% body fat, bench 450 max 3 reps, and I can do all kind of pull ups with no prob. You just have to get used to doing them. Before I couldn't do any wide grip pull ups, now they are not a prob. Just got to keep trying.
 
Crakkkas need juice to do anything physically demanding. Damn near every crakkka at my gym has a needle in their neck and still can't fuck with me on my worst day...




You must be a kid. When I was growing up there were nothing but swol ass Full Force lookin' niggas runnin around. that's why my age bracket hit the weights early so we wouldn't get our asses kicked.

Telling u fam you dont need to bench 450 risking all kinds of injury. That shit aint natural to me. Dudes on the bar always have tha natural look cuz the movements are practical.

I think it was the Bartendaz who had a nutrition plan and they were talking about coming out with their own water. But you're right, you can't eat pizza puff's all day and just go hit the bar.

fuck that. i lift iron but still get my pullups and dips in at the end of my workouts. if i went more than 2 weeks without lifting weights i think i'd go through crackhead withdrawel symptoms
 

They should really have "fat man olympics". No one under 400lbs and a maximum height of 5'6". 100meters, hurdles, high jump, long jump(watch those kneecaps popout and kill somebody like the predator discs). The title should be "these men are gonna get hurt".
