I just started the Master Cleanser program 2DAY any 1 successfully finish it B4?

I stoped the 4th night.. my job has me on the road all day and riding around with a gallon of the shit by afternoon that shit was Luke warm... I started drinking o.j 2 come off of it.. im going to do it again in the winter but im going to be dorm ate during the time instead of out and about. I noticed my allergies came back when i started eating food again like the book said they are caused by what you eat...
 
It’s all about discipline. There are many ways to rid the body of Toxins. Question is do you have the discipline to maintain?
 
I will do this later this summer. The hard part was the sea salt wash in the morning. I don't think I can do that anymore, but I will do at least 10-14 days. After the first 3 days, you wont be hungry at all. :yes: :yes:
 
Has anyone tried this stuff? It's getting a lotta praise but those are testimonials. I wanna know before I plunk down my hard earned if anyone has tried it

ive done it twice. the first time i did 4 days, the 2nd i did 6 days. im doing it again next month and im going the whole 10.

you notice weight loss immediately, but initially its just water weight. your energy and concentration levels are thru the roof. sure you feel hungry, but you dont feel sick at all.

you CAN go right into it without hurting yourself, but its harder to get into the groove that way. now coming off you can hurt yourself...however long you plan to do it, add 2 days to it to lead back into normal food. for example, if you do it for the recommended 10 days, you wont be eating normally again until the 13th day

the only herbal teas you should be drinking during the fast are "smooth move" and peppermint tea. if you opt to do a (sea) salt water flush in the morning, then you can eliminate the smooth move tea. table salt does not work, use sea salt. they both have the same pros, but different cons. smooth move gives you cramps and the salt water is disgusting. nothing else should be added to this fast, unless you have meds that need to be taken, you can still do meds on this fast, but talk to your doctor PLEASE

some tips:
-use grade B maple syrup, its the most nutritious and most suitable for the fast.
-if you get too hungry on this fast, add extra maple syrup to your lemonade.
-strain out the pulp! if you leave it in, your stomach will digest it and churn and growl, making you feel extremely hungry.

Has anyone tried them or knows of anyone who has? I got this info from the "No More Acne" link that H-Funk dropped earlier. Guy by the name of Fear No Evil (post 19 in this thread) laid it down. Using that stuff seems a whole lot better and less harsh than this:

The Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet consists of:

2 tablespoons lemon (or lime) juice (approx. ½ lemon)

2 tablespoons of genuine “grade B” maple syrup (not maple flavored sugar syrup)

1/10 teaspoon (just a dash) of cayenne pepper (red pepper) or to taste

8 oz water, room temperature

i don't need to lose weight AT ALL i really just need to "clean my system" because my eating habits are terrible so i wanna start from scratch & so it the right way. hopefully this'll do the trick.
