Does anyone here Master Cleanse?

Aren't you supposed to do a salt water flush before your first lemonade as well? I may be mistaken but I noticed it was missing from your instructions.

Not to my knowledge no. Although I could be mistaken as well, but i've done the cleanse cold turkey, eating heavy the night before, (my last meal) and into the tea the next.

I react well to the brand of tea I drink so I don't do the saltwater often. Maybe 3 times per 10 days.

Anyone know how well diabetics do on the Master Clense? I wonder what it does to blood sugar.

i done it 4 times over 2yrs and i lost a total of 85lbs but it comes back if u dont change ur life style. the longest i went was 28 dayz on it i felt great. the hardest part is the sea salt OMG i still have nightmares lol. good luck tho

Well done my friend. Do you find yourself eating more often? When i'm off the cleanse, i'm eating 6 times or more a day.

Of the right stuff of course, and in smaller portions.
