I am alluding to the fact that we use medicine for different reasons. People employ the naturalistic fallacy when they talk about cosmetic surgery, but the fact is that humans alter their bodies, skin or whatever. My only issue is safer. It is better to pay for someone with the expertise and care to do it right and not go the quick route. So, I don't judge these women for doing it because we all tend to do it. Tattoos, earrings, nose rings, branding, feet binding, make up (permanent) and the list goes on.
