Cool. Use virtualdub. Load the avi into it. make sure that under video and audio menus that its checked to direct stream copy. Don't put it on full processing mode. Down in the video, scroll to where the part you want to cut out starts. Click on the thing that looks like an arrow pointing left (its the second to last button on the bottom). Then go to the end of what you want to cut out. Click on the one that looks like an arrow pointing to the right (its the last button on the bottom). Then press the Delete button. That will delete that section out of the video. Then just go to File>Save as AVI. It doesn't redo it. It just cuts out what you don't want.

I just did it with avidemux pretty much the same although I have vdub too - man i cant fuckin tell if the last 30 minutes is naturally out of sync or if its because Im skipping to there manually- does it in vlc and wmp11 - quality is nice outside of not being sure if that shit is taxed. This is the definitive look at the entire gangbangin situation in LA, from the origins, to where we are today. It was very insightful and I felt that it didn't glorify the gangs like a lot of the music does. The end of the Panther movement and the beginning of the 70's Superfly era where it was all about the individual and no longer about our people as a collective was especially on point imo. That coupled with the loss of jobs in the community and the saturation of drugs in the late 70's and early 80's basically crippled a whole generation. Now it is up to us to pick up the pieces and start over again.
