Are you sure? Because it's damn sure letting me take money out of it to use on my 2nd character.
i tried the other day my 2nd character only had 2000 dollars
It worked for me.
Maybe your first character's money isn't in the bank
or
Your 2nd character's gotta withdraw the money from the bank account
But I was able to buy the adder with my 2nd character using my 1st character's bank account and after I sold the duped Adders, I was able to put the money in my account and now my 1st character has it.
What's the fastest way to level up since you can't access rooftop without being level 75 and you can't do the mugger glitch without being level 50.
Probably should jump in on the survival invites or ask someone to start the mission and invite you

Ive seen u get some nice kills with them. I been handicapped on xbox side for a minute. U and the crew def looked out. Just recently got my heavy sniper and now im bout to get these rockets.
Inner crew comp will make us go harder in them LS streets.
