You gonna have to watch the video so you can see where to kill the hooker in your car. Basically you gotta scare the hooker while she's in your car and then you block the door so she can't get out when you kill her. Get back in your car drive to your garage and when you get out go to the blue circle put the adder where the elegy is and take the car that hooker is in to lax and sell it. If you have more than one elegy in the garage then just keep driving in and out and swapping cars. Profit!!!
