You install iTunes and can use it. I was on my wife's family plan b4 and can cater to my own listening preferences. She has an iPhone, I have android. It's Apple Music app. It's on the Google PlayStore. Been there for a few years.Ummm no

Kindle $200 = various reading apps
I could go on and on about the many apps I use for biz and being on the go that makes it justified for me. And I don't use it for youtube posting or social media in that aspect. I use social media to promote my biznesses.
I have friends in biz who do everything from their cell, don't even own a desktop. All from an iPhone. I'm impressed to say the least.
You have androids now that can connect to a monitor and keyboard that run just as efficient as a desktop. My Note 9 has that capability. To say the least, I'm impressed.

I'd assume so. Google and check, I've never used it outside of Android, so not sure about playlists but purchased music moves over yes.
I no longer use it now, because I don't listen to music like that. All the music I typically listen to, I download and keep on my phone, primarily dance hall and sound clashes.

Why download when you can just stream the songs. I just tell Google Play Music what song, album or artist I wanna hear and it starts playing it. If I wanna listen to “Ome more chance” by Biggie I just tell Google to play that song, it’ll play it and then start playing others songs that are similar to that artist

But remember back in the day, you could get a subsidized phone for only $200, by just signing a 2 year contract
Then I noticed Samsung & Apple would increase their prices $50 every year

But seems like after that Samsung Note that was catching on fire, they've been increasing the price by $100, instead of by $50, every year

Cool thing I like about the stylus, you can use it like a wireless camera trigger. Can set the phone on a desk or pocket and press the button on the pen to snap a pic, cool for perv pics, lol.
Overall for what we use the phone for daily, there are many similar features yes, but some that I don't use but am sure are useful to someone, as in the phone can listen for a baby crying and alarm you to wake up.
