Yea you're right. My dislike for the football stadiums steams more from the NCAA putting the tournament in them and then as a spectator, you get spaced so far out where the intended arenas for the sport is meant to put you close to the action and you aren't 50 miles away even if you have nose bleeds.
But thinking on it they work, the dimensions aren't too far off. But some of these cities do have dedicated pitches, would just be nice to see them used for that exact purpose on a grand stage. Though I will say....definitely no baseball stadiums. And I don't see a closed dome stadium like Detroit being picked at all. Nothing against the rule for playing on turf but they won't play on turf.
This event will be in 8 years, remember that. NY, Chicago, whatever stadium the NFL team in Los Angeles plays in (assuming a team goes to LA), Jerry's world, Whatever the new stadium in ATL is, MIA, Seattle, maybe Houston or Glendale AZ.
