The problem is the developed countries flooding other countries with all these relatively good paying manufacturing jobs lifting them out of poverty, giving them a taste of the good life. It is the same thing that happens to women that deal with me, than they think you are taking it away and they panic.
They want zero success stories coming out about reclaiming these jobs and having our standard of living improving, other countries will follow. The same thing that we do with socialist or communist countries, no success stories. Crippling sanctions, assassination, and other draconian measures are taken which have discouraged other countries to follow suit. Instead of intellectually making a case for your economic system and competing with different models, the U.S. sort of cheats.
Much as the development of atomic weapons, we have given this blueprint to other countries to follow on how to pursue their own self interests.

I guess you can't use HIV like you could use on an athlete or actor, most of the Youtubers barely have one women if that like a Boyce Watkins, Tariq Nasheed or Marques Brownlee.
