Everyone with common sense and a functioning memory knows this. He rolled it out and was responsible for distribution and his administration handled the plandemic better than the current administration to the point it is not even a debate.
It is sort of a stretch, but why aren't other actors or athletes not contracting HIV. The U.S. does the same thing to other countries, that adopt socialist/communist systems or nationalizes key resources, crippling sanctions are imposed on them. After seeing what is being done to us, they might start giving HIV to political leaders that backed these initiatives.
The U.S. only wants one viable economic system being exposed to us. Whoever is behind this only wants us to see one business model of production. This business model is used globally, so an influencer promoting alternative products or playing a acting role of taking down a criminal CEO/investor that forces wage concessions and eliminate benefits to enrich himself at the expense of workers will get you targeted.
That motherfucker was first in line for the vaccine. He just didn't tell his suckers, er, followers because the monetization of anti-vax is profitable for him. As well as the fact that he has interests in the companies producing the vaccine.

- Ignored the warnings of the previous administration to be prepared for a pandemic
- Dismantled the infrastructure of the pandemic preparedness of the CDC (Set up by the previous administration)
- Denied that covid-19 was a danger
- Severely downplayed the effectiveness of the vaccine
- Promoted using unrelated, ineffective, and dangerous products to fight the virus: Ivermectin and injecting bleach?!? WTF???????
- Refused to admit he and his family actually took the vaccine until, what, a year later?

- Yes, his administration *WAS* responsible for rolling it out and the initial distribution.

Look at the CRISPR break down of the DNA of the virus and you will see that it is nowhere near man made. It goes in a direction totally opposite
of the way you would genetically engineer, splice, and weaponize a pathogen. Covid-19 was NOT man made. NO WAY! It was natural. I'm not about to teach a basic class in genetic manipulation to your dumb ass... let alone a classified one. Look up CRISPR and you'll find all the info you'll need.
In conclusion: the Biden administration *IS* making mistakes and will continue to make mistakes in it's handling of the vaccine and the Covid-19 PANDEMIC, however, they are doing a much, MUCH better job then Trump by:
- Being transparent with their mistakes
- Listening to the advice of the actual scientists
- Making frequent, informative press releases WHILE ALLOWING QUESTIONS... FROM EVERYBODY
- Actively encouraging everyone, even inbred, country fried, cool-aid drinking, sleep with your sister, back woods, non educated, anti-vax, anti mask CACS to go get vaccinated. Because, yes, their lives actually matter too.
