First of all, three arrests and a few tickets, while far better than the stunningly lousy job done by the NYPD with the "Hollywood Stuntz" thugs, does not go far enough. There should be confiscation of the motorcycles and license suspensions for starters, to keep these mongrels off the roads. The days of these sociopaths going berserk on public roads, at great risk to the public, are long over.

This article also refers to that scu#bag who ran over a biker and caused serious, life-threatening injuries while trying to get away after an accident where he hit another biker BECAUSE " HE WAS IN FEAR FOR HIS LIFE AND HIS FAMILY'S LIFE " and had to commit a felony -BUT HE DIDN'T MEAN IT. What bulls#hit. There was plenty of fault on both sides. WHERE WERE THE POLICE WHEN THAT INCIDENT OCCURRED ?????
This last episode with the halloween costumes is stupid and the insurance companies insuring these bikers should revoke their insurance policies and the State DMV should pull their license plates. That would stop all this b.s.

@george scott did you watch the video? Bikers clearly caused the "accident" on purpose. A tactic done frequently to get the driver to stop and extort money from the people in the car. Thugs surround vehicle and threaten to do damage unless they get money. Word to the wise: I will ACCELERATE my vehicle through any biker who brakes like he thug in the video. Maintaining speed is my only defense.. Just "dinging a dirtbag at a speed over 30 mph makes him road kill. I can't wait for paralyzed guy to wake up to finally realize how he is now screwed for life. Where were cops? A good question..

I am a biker and I use the term biker becaue it is what I am. I ride a Harley, I do Toy Run's, Breast Cancer Runs, Wounded Warrior Runs, Bikes for Babies, ride for the MDA, St.Jude's and whatever other event that raises money for charity, I ride with many other like minded bikers who get out and enjoy the road and the good that we can do for adults and children, When the media decides to put all in the same category and call these idiots bikers, it is pretty demeaning to us. How about actually funding an event where bikers gather to do good and try reporting on that. I wil bet you my next three paychecks that you will see the difference between a biker and a hoodlum. Try it, you may have your eyes opened.

It sounds to me these morons need to be put in jail and be treated like adults instead kids, take their toys away for awhile, those idiots who terrorized the man in the SUV should be put away for 20 years.

@Carl Mac Another idiot speaks. WHAT ABOUT CAUSING SERIOUS PHYSICAL INJURY TO ANOTHER. THIS SCUMB#G HIT ONE BIKER AND INTENTIONALLY RAN OVER ANOTHER, ALMOST KILLING HIM. WHAT'S WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE ? VERY SELECTIVE LAW ENFORCEMENT - WHERE WERE THE POLICE WHEN THIS SUV INCIDENT OCCURRED. BE 5 MINUTES OVER AT A PARKING METER IN NYC AND SEE WHO IS THERE GIVING YOU A TICKET.....

@Carl Mac agreed. Bikers seem to feel the roads are their private playground. Let's also not forget that paralyzed guy had NO license, NO insurance, NO right to be driving a bike; his license was revoked for several more years. Playing with fire gets people burned... I have no pity for the bikers. I do feel badly for the guy in the SUV who was beaten by a group of gutless cowards playing cowboy.

"We were just having fun. We weren’t hurting anyone. Bikers get profiled now after what happened in New York. It’s not fair.” A typical remark from a stupid selfish idiot more interested in re-living his youth and acting like a jack@ss. The guy and his pals have no concern for safety of others and apparently have no idea the roads are not their private playgrounds. "Not fair"? I agree. It isn't fair that people minding their own business have to deal with these hooligans. Screw them. Let's keep arresting these thugs. Put them in jail. Confiscate their motorcycles. Publish their pictures, names, addresses, and places of employment. The mentality expressed in the words of the gutless biker afraid to identify himself reflect the attitude of these bozos.

Next time the LIPD should have a "Mad Max" Style vehicle and run over the bikers until their motorcycle is destroyed.

Good, hope Detective Braswhateverthefuck loses his job...
NEW YORK (PIX11) — With his head covered, undercover NYPD Detective Wojciech Braszczok said nothing to reporters outside of a New York Supreme Court. The trial against him and another biker, Robert Sims, began Monday morning as both face assault charges relating to a now infamous viral video.<script height="542px" width="963px" src="http://player.ooyala.com/iframe.js#pbid=9ae34776f76145da969becdeb205e6a5&ec=tpcXM1dTr1Sj1hP-OkQjSuWCYl1QIF7N"></script>
Bikers including undercover NYPD detective go to trial for SUV mob attack
For the first time Lien spoke out publicly in a courtroom. He admitted his wife threw a half eaten plum and bottle of water at the bikers out of frustration, but said she never made contact.
good point.clearly the bikers are in the wrong and should be punished. However, the situation probably could have been avoided if that bitch of a wife didn't think she could get away with throwing food and garbage at the bikers. In what world is that the right move in a situation where you're surrounded by dozens of "scary" bikers and you're clearly not able to go toe to toe with even one of them if necessary? Dude's wife did the typical loud mouth woman thing and painted a target on her husband's back. I feel a little less sorry for dude getting beat on after learning such an important detail, which the media did a superb job of keeping out of the story.
