Cam Newton rips NFL refs: 'I don't even feel safe'

I don't understand,why folks like Deion Sanders,Ladainian Tomlinson and etc keep saying,Cam leads the league of getting roughing the passer calls,since 2011...why does that matter,because you had a defender go for his knees and not one official threw the flag.

Hell,the NFL practically made up the rule,after Tom Brady injured his knees in 2008,that states a defender can't hit a quarterback's knees and yet Cam can't get the same treatment.

I remember,the 49ers was playing the Falcons,this was when Jim Harbaugh was the coach and a defender sacked Matt Ryan and the official threw a flag on the 49er defender thinking it was helmet to helmet,but in reality it was shoulder to shoulder that play cost the 49ers the game,but people are going to make all type of excuses on why Cam can't get a call.

The way,the league treats black quarterbacks is ridiculous.


You have folks praising the hell out of Derek Carr for his performance yesterday and yet he was playing against a defense that can't stop the pass.......lol

People have to say those things you don't want to hear because Cam himself said there's no racism. It has to be something other than him being a black qb because he flipped on that statement.
 
yeah Mike Florio was on that NBC NFL show after the Cowboys game and he was like, "the NFL hasn't missed very many roughing the passer where cam is concerned"

Now, you've got black players who target him because of his bullshit statements and they think he's a coon and want to fuck him up, and you've got white people, who I guess he thought he was appeasing with his bullshit, who still don't give a fuck about him or don't like him. NOW, he's in a tough spot because he has no real allies. I wouldn't be surprised if his own teammates are pulling up on him because of his bullshit ass statements...

It must suck to be Cam, because he's now a man without a country...

I think the locker room had issues beginning of season, especially during the protests after the shooting in NC. It's probably some cats wanted to protest or at least speak out but with Rivera and the owner letting them know that was a no no, and Cam being told what to say by Luntz, them linemen look like they was just steppin to the side sometimes.

He's created his own image with the refs and stands by it. The same shit apples to Big Ben. He was saying the same shit Cam said about not getting calls and that was after winning multiple superbowls and being in the league for 7 years.
 
So basically at the end of the day I hope he learned. No matter how many hoops you jump through. No matter how much you throw your people under the bus in the media. No matter how much you go out of your way to make others comfortable despite their disdain for you. They still will not like and even if they do, you still will not be liked as well as they do their own.

There were several hits in that game at Denver that should have been called but they were not. And one helmet-to-helmet hit that could have even been issued after the game was reviewed by the league.

If Cam had gotten one of those calls, then Carolina could have beaten Denver.

The ref was right in his face. No Tuesday morning fines either.

The announcers did not even mention the questionable hits. But he can look concussed and not the same late in the game.

Big Ben doesn't get the benefit of the doubt because his reputation either. Ben takes a lot of fucking hits to the knees and late hits.

I think the refs don't favor the bigger and running QB's like they do the smaller ones(Romo and Brees). They think they can take it, and they don't want to throw too many flags.

Yeah. No question. Kinda goes back to when things are going great and you can dance and laugh. But when times are tough you pout like a muthafucka. Cam don't have a whole lotta friends in the league right now.

That's just hate. I hate when DBs wave they arms after an incompletion, even on bad throws. Who celebrates when shit aint going well? Who's happy when they're losing? Don't want him doing it...stop him, but the dirty shit is over the top. Phil Rivers hunt niggas down, get in their face & talk shit, but he doesn't get the cheap shots...

I hate that too. Rivers ain't shit. I really hate that crakka. And he's overrated as hell. When Int's are HIS fault announcers go out of their way to blame everyone else under the sun except him.
