basically the town survives off of traffic stops, the dude deserves millions,
but the town cant afford to give that up, because it will be money taken
from the families that run it, so they are like,

if all depts acted like that, there would be much

deter many from policing when they realize

The bruh deserves way more, and the city needs to pay their share
