He was 100% a serial killer. He wasn't just out there looking for people that he had beef with. It didn't matter who it was if they were affiliated with another gang. And the urge to go on twitter and tweet about the shit right after it happened... yea. I wouldn't say there are fewer lies in today's rap. But I think the STARS of 80s/90s/2000s rap were less likely to be directly involved in gangbanging and street shit than many of the ones today, especially those coming out of the drill scene in Chicago. But perhaps I'm wrong and social media has just magnified today's shit.
