As reported on All Hip Hop, Quando was shot in Los Angeles, California. The Savanna, Georgia, is in stable condition, but his friend, Lul Pab, was reportedly fatally shot. The full details aren’t clear.
Police say three men arrived at a gas station were Quando Rondo & his crew were at and began firing multiple shots at them. In the heartbreaking news clip, we see the aftermath of the shooting; police pulled out a body, and Quando is frantic and screaming. The newscaster said the shooting happened around 5:30 am on August 19. Take a look (viewer discretion advised):
Earlier this week, another affiliate of Quando was killed in Savannah. Phoenix Odom, AKA Fendi, was reportedly killed on August 19, the outlet reports.
Quando has had beef with Chicago rappers Lil Durk and 600Breezy due to his affiliation with King Von’s November 7, 2020 murder. He was killed by a Quando Rondo associate Timothy “Lul Tim” Leek.
Lul Tim was charged with King Von’s death a day after the Chicago rapper was shot and killed in Atlanta. Before the fatal brawl, there was a fight between Von’s people and Quando’s crew.
Lul Tim was released from Fulton County Jail on March 27, 2021, after posting a $100,000 bond. He was arrested in September of the same year following a high-speed chase with the police. Hip Hop DX points out he’s facing multiple charges: Failure To Stop At A Stop Sign, Speeding, Following Another Auto Too Closely, Failure To Obey Traffic Control Devices, and, Fleeing Or Attempting To Elude A Police Officer For A Felony Offense. A bond wasn’t set at the time.

I don't know brother, the term serial killer could definitely apply to some of these gang members and other street shooters.
Gang members do regularly kill random people based off of their gang/neighborhood, color they wear, etc.
He killed people that wanted to kill him.

However, that may or may not be true with him (considering he wasn't always famous) but even if it is wouldn't they want to kill him because of the gang/crew he was with and any shootings/murders he committed on behalf of that gang/crew?
If gang members become aware of and want to kill other gang members based simply off of gang affiliation and activities then they really don't know each other and are really just shooting/killing strangers.

I hear you, but I don't classify Von as a serial killer. Just like situations when gang members shoot at or kill a group of gang members isn't typically called a "Mass Shooting" in the same context that the US labels mass shootings.

I think the fact that gang members and hood shooters are able to shoot and kill other black people with impunity is the problem.
They shouldn't be treated or looked at any differently than we would a mass shooter or weirdo serial killer.
