BGOL MEDICAL: Anyone Here Ever Suffer From EXTREME ACID REFLUX?!!

damn bro I know how that shit is..... your microbiome is important along with the flora. Not sure if youre on anything like a probiotic but I did this

https://seed.com/ some inulin in my coffee every other day, daily probiotic pills and alot of water. Hopefully that will assist you. I also suggest drinking coconut water, get the costco brand organic joint no added sugar it should help you

oh one more thing....some one posted this doctor on here a brother I forgot his name but hes all about stomach health....watching a few of his videos he mentioned the way we consume food....not sure if youre an eater and drinker at the same time but that can be it also!!! it will dilute your stomach acids and bring that shit back up....I suggest you drink something warm or just water 30 mins before you eat and after you eat.....and DO NOT drink when youre eating.

Was going to chime in earlier then I got side tracked.

I had horrible acid reflux when I was younger (mind you I was fit, working out 3-4 times a week and shit. I was in pretty decent shape). But I would wake up from my sleep sometimes coughing up acid. It got to a point where I was sitting at a restaurant eating lunch and I couldn't swallow what I was eating. Like food was stuck on the way down and my LES (lower esophageal sphincter) wasn't having it. Ended up calling Ralph all over that particular bathroom.

Finally got an endoscopy, and the doctors couldn't find a damn thing. Just irritation. I was like you gotta be shitting me. So, from that point on, I had to swear off certain foods (fast foods, blue cheese, greasy foods, orange juice, etc.), avoid eating things directly before bed, and drinking plenty of water before and during meals. Shit helped but I ended up getting a script for Omeprazole, which ended up being the best route for me.

Just know that you shouldn't fuck around with long term reflux as it could lead to cancer (Barrett syndrome).
I'm taking 40MG every morning of Omeprezole and it just can't fight off the acid anymore. Been taking it for about 4 months. Worked at first, but then it just stopped.

@Cle Da YoungKingPin - That coconut water is something I'm definitely doing.

I've started to control the pain somewhat. Now the biggest issue is me being out of breath all the time.
Can't go up and down the stairs without feeling like I just climbed Everest.

No BS, I'm going to start fasting a bit more.

Oh and dont forget Proper water intake for your weight, try to get spring water if you can,

and a few squeezes of lemon in water makes that shit a SUPER DRINK bruh...

But push all that sugary shit to the side and replace it with water, do the fast and that shit starting today,

throw in some cardio at least three times a week

By Fall you will be a brand new Knigga bruh!!!

first you understand your eating habits as you get older your acid in your stomach needs to neturalized and repleish.

1. Pickle juice contains probiotics

Naturally fermented pickles — and their juice — contain helpful microorganisms called probiotics. Probiotics are live, microscopic bacteria and yeasts that you can also find in:

  • Kimchi.
  • Miso.
  • Sauerkraut.
  • Yogurt.
“Your gut contains many bacteria species that are beneficial for metabolism, overall health, digestion and fighting sicknesses. They’re also linked to less anxiety, depression and better mood,” explains Skoda.

Probiotics can help keep your good gut bacteria in balance. People eat probiotics for these benefits, especially to aid digestion.

Take apple Cider

3 cap full in glass of water.

Apple cider vinegar (ACV) is one of the easiest methods to improve digestion by increasing your stomach’s hydrochloric acid (HCL). ACV increases secretion of your stomach’s HCL needed in the metabolism of fats and proteins. Ideally, you stomach should have a pH of 1 and 2 – a highly acidic environment (on a pH scale of 0 to 14). Proper pH is required for your body to obtain the essential nutrients from foods. Food sensitivities (see the article in this newsletter on food sensitivities), pharmaceuticals, chronic inflammation, stress etc. can neutralize the stomach pH towards 4 (pH of table vinegar). When the pH is less acidic than a pH 1 to 2, it is called hypochlorhydria. A less acidic pH impedes our ability to breakdown foods and can result in acid reflux, burping, gas, pain in the epigastrum. Often patients will be misdiagnosed as having hyperchlorhydria, or rather too much stomach acidity, because they are experiencing acid reflux – when in fact it less acidity could be the cause of their digestive woes.

Don't sleep on that ACV

Shit happened to me all the time. Used to wake up coughing/throwing up and it was the worst. The following things helped me:

1. No spicy foods after dark.
2. Regular apple cider vinegar mixed with lemon shots.
3. Uping my water intake.

Peace and I hope you figure it out.

My wife n cousin got it bad... i did the simple research online n came up with pretty much the same thang! Nice drop!
