What's the main difference between the gel and the regular seamoss?

I'm assuming (haven't done research yet) you can eat and use the gel... and for the regular seamoss, can you eat it raw or does it have to be cooked/washed or always eatin with another product

Our taste buds have been perverted by white sugar. Most of the things in nature that are good for us will not taste good to must of us. Get that aloe back in your like. Side affects may include smoother skin, easy going on the toilet and confounding erections.

Just heard about Sea moss gold watching a Kevin Gates video on YouTube. Him and Dreka was talking about the benefits which caught my attention.

He mixed his with mineral water

I’m try it with some ground cinnamon since I don’t have any Saigon at the moment...

only question what measurements you used
 
I get an instant boost from it. Sustained energy for the day. I blend it and create a gel. I then use it in smoothies. I use no more than a teaspoon in my smoothie. One day I used two teaspoons and by the end of the day, I was dizzy. Everyone is different, so find the dosage that right for you.
