I have been currently applying for work at home jobs from various companies, I don't want to leave the house for shit but pussy and alcohol, I have been doing customer support work at home jobs for the last 3 years. But I have come across a lot of racial fuckery. One Job as reservation agent was so racist I basically had free reign over them they were so fuckin prejudice they thought I was a mole for EEO 4 weeks after I resigned they called me like we haven't seen you on company Chat for a while where are you.They were so fucked up and scared that I was going to report them for their discrimination they let me do whatever.

So as of right now, I have several Job Interviews scheduled and to be truthful when these CACS see my knowledge and advanced technical skills and run my address and see I'm a Cleveland hood dude they get real flagrant with their remarks some shit is very foul but they don't turn me down. So now I'm ready to hit these cave sloths in the pocket if they get out of line. My name doesn't sound black so they get giddy with my credentials but when they interview me they like oh shit its a nigga who knows his shit so they try to do weak shit to run me off.



But my main question is I have a voice recorder on my cell phone and if I catch these crackers saying foul shit and discriminating what can I due to sue the shit out of them for breaking EEO rules? what steps should I take to fuck them over? If I had audio and visual of the bull shit how can I use it against them to fuck them over?


BGOL legal team needed I know I'm going to face some fuckery in the next couple of weeks, Also how can I screenshot and record audio from zoom meetings?

I think Ohio is a one party consent state so as long as you cover your ass I think you can record all of your own phones conversations. If they break the law then you got them, but if I were you I would consult a local attorney before proceeding.

well you can monetize two ways the first way is legally,

first make sure you document everything, secondly you have to make sure your employer knows.. timing of this is very important... but the employer has to be aware...

review your companys anti discrimination policy..

you have to review federal and state laws..
