Douglas Lee Williams (born August 9, 1955) is an American football executive and former quarterback and coach. Williams is best known for his performance with the Washington Redskins in Super Bowl XXII against the Denver Broncos, being named Super Bowl MVP for his efforts. He passed for 340 yards and four touchdowns, a single-quarter record which he set in the second quarter, to win the game, making him the first African-American quarterback to win a Super Bowl.
Harold Warren Moon (born November 18, 1956) is a former American and Canadian football quarterback who played professionally for 23 seasons. He spent the majority of his career with the Houston Oilers of the National Football League (NFL) and the Edmonton Eskimos of the Canadian Football League (CFL). Moon also played for the Minnesota Vikings, Seattle Seahawks, and Kansas City Chiefs in the NFL.
Randall Wade Cunningham Sr. (born March 27, 1963) is a former American football quarterback in the National Football League (NFL). He played in the NFL for 16 seasons, primarily with the Philadelphia Eagles. Cunningham is also known for his tenure with the Minnesota Vikings.
Kordell Stewart (born October 16, 1972), nicknamed "Slash", is a former American football player who played eleven years in the National Football League (NFL). Stewart attended the University of Colorado and was the 60th player selected in the 1995 NFL draft. Playing for Colorado in 1994 he completed a Hail Mary pass to beat the University of Michigan 27–26, a play which became known as "The Miracle at Michigan." Among NFL quarterbacks, his 38 rushing touchdowns ranks him fourth all-time, behind Cam Newton (with 58), Steve Young (with 43)[1] and Jack Kemp (with 40). The NFL Network named him #6 on its list of the 10 most versatile players in NFL history. He played mostly at quarterback, but also played wide receiver for a year.
Rodney Peete (born March 16, 1966) is a former American football quarterback who played in the National Football League (NFL) for 16 years. He played college football for the USC Trojans football team. He retired from playing in 2004 and is now in broadcasting.

He played six seasons for the San Francisco 49ers in the National Football League (NFL). Kaepernick was selected by the 49ers in the second round of the 2011 NFL Draft. Kaepernick began his professional football career as a backup quarterback to Alex Smith, and became the 49ers' starter in the middle of the 2012 season after Smith suffered a concussion. He then remained the team's starting quarterback for the rest of the season, leading the team to their first Super Bowl appearance since 1994. During the 2013 season, his first full season as a starter, Kaepernick helped the 49ers reach the NFC Championship Game.
