Yeah... I especially have problems with the Felicity thing.
I'm cool with Silencer but yeah I've got issues..
But then I thought..
My guess is that Diaz captured William and that Felicity is really working as a sort of double agent. That's what my gut is saying... because it doesn't make a lick of sense to just send William away (when Diaz seems to know all) .. while at the same time.. Show William in the Future FlashForwards.

was VERY well done.
