I'm not going to come to any
conclusions until I hear both sides of the story, but...
...if he's telling the truth, I wouldn't be surprised.
Lux is from the same neighborhood as Diddy, Dame, and ... uh, MASE!
That dudes story makes zero sense though.
What rapper ever got MORE than he told the audience?
And as far as all the credit that guy is taking for LUx career and his paychecks. It makes no sense cuz we SAW Lux negotiating it in public with Smack.
He wanted 40k. Smack wouldn't pay it. People were pissed off at him back then for wanting 40. This guy says he actually got 80.
Lux got any number he got because he killed SM2 and the world wanted to see him again
The guy doesn't even know any other battle rappers names besides Lux and Mook. All this "I could see him contemplating what he did to me and others" when be was losing the battle- clearly that dude has never seen someone losing a battle before. He's even taking credit for the feelings the guy has in the heat of the moment. MOOK is responsible for that, not you weirdo.
All this "I was on the music industry" crap is a telltale too. There's a million of those guys, especially in the "conscious" community.
And dude acts like he needed to be in the studio with Lux in order to get the mixtape done. For what? Only ppl who need to be there are the creatives. Not some guy who clearly doesn't know shit about battle rap and just saw some new guy in their church who had some relative fame and wanted in.
If he has a lawsuit against Lux, just get it from the courts and move on. Trying to ruin the man in public ain't gonna do nothin but make the next check harder to get.
This is the other side about the stupid shit Lux is involved in. Those fucking cults have lots of rats and snakes in em who are desperate, which is why they come to those things in the first place. I hope Lux sees that. You don't gotta be in those things to be righteous and care about your people. I get the feeling Lux went there when he was at a low point in his own life and these bloodsuckers wanna drag him down in the highlight if his career. He just had a setback, no doubt but it ain't over for him. People are waiting to see him crash and burn though because of the angle he's been beating in the ground.
He's a great representative for battle rap. Mook is too. They don't need a Malcolm X figure to lead em anywhere. They just need a good mc and an honest man with his head straight.
