Fuuuuck! Respect man. I’m 6’1 benching 315 about 4x deadlifting 460 and that shit is hard af for me. You do know the deadlift record is 1102 lbs!

Oh ok, I see people doing that all the time and I’m always thinking it doesn’t count because he’s not going all the way up and all the way down.

Always keep in mind..ROM range of motion is different for everybody..you never ever lock out on a lift til done..you will TEAR YO SHIT UP..a lot of cats think it's a half lift..but in all honesty its KEEPING PRESSURE on the body part you focus on..brah

I hope you don't do that on a regular basis, overtraining is going ti be a major problem!

im 6’2 my weight ranges from 232-240. I stay between 15-17% body fat. I’m very strong.. if I’m keto and intermittent fasting, I can get down to about 13% body fat. I sacrifice some strength though. 228 lbs.
