With us, we're up by 30 points and they call the dogs off. Thing is we get our rookies some good work so It's not all bad I guess. I want us to practice playing hard for 60 minutes, on the other hand I appreciate them taking care of business early and our offense putting it in the end zone.

We be on that bullshit also....We'll play man for most of the game and yet we're playing zone at the end of games..

Like I said,I understand why we was playing zone, because can't turn your back on a quarterback like RG3...

If we do it'll be on the offensive side of the ball.

Dial is playing Aldon will be back, Tank will be back, Eric Wright will be back, so we're set there. There are rumors of us going after Jared Allen but we'll see

K.C. won yesterday getting to 8 wins which turns that 3rd round pick to a 2nd rounder so we might be using that if we do try something

It seem like alot of teams are looking at Jared Allen...I read that we're going after him also....

And for anyone talking shit

2 weeks in a row 99 QBR rating.

It seems like alot of people forgot about yall and the Packers....

I think its a 4 team race in the NFC...Saints,49ers,Seahawks and Packers....

I want no mercy, I understand it's hard when you're up by a lot.

but to their credit they do finish strong and still fight even in the end. we just try to get out of the games without injuries. Defense has been killing it and offense has too. We've scored on every single turnover they've caused from week 3 on.

It seem like alot of teams are looking at Jared Allen...I read that we're going after him also....

yall will get him before we do, we have too many people coming back to add another player. like i said dial came back tank and aldon and eric wright next.. so shit allen is out of the question. thing is we've been dominant with everybody out. once everyone is in we're going to be scary

It seems like alot of people forgot about yall and the Packers....

I like that, I'm glad that they are, we had a tough ass schedule to begin and came out 6-2 now we recharge, and get it in gear for the ultimate goal. all phases playing elite. But let them keep sleeping

Fuck Jared Allen, if Minny come up off AD :itsawrap:

If they do, I doubt we get him for the simple fact that we can't afford him on the cap. HOWEVER if we did pull that off I have no idea how I would react...it would be good... but that would mean for sure James is traded and Dixon too. cause we'll have Gore AP and Hunter.. and then remember next year lattimore... lol

And to give you guys more ammo for people speaking a false narrative

look at these REAL numbers

Deep Passing (QB)

Using our target location data, we've selected passing attempts that traveled 20 yards or more in the air. From that sample we offer a look at typical passing numbers as well as Attempt Percentage (number of deep passes relative to all attempts) and show the QB's Accuracy Percentage on such throws. Whether you are looking to see who is going deep most often or who has been most successful at it, we've got the numbers here.

Best article we'll read for a while

Goodness, gracious...not even 200 yards? I'm not sure how we can win long term with this collection of poor quarterbacking, selfish play by Kap's teammates, terrible coaching decisions and all around tomfoolery. There's some glaring examples of what not to do that we can hopefully correct over the bye week.

Q1 11:48 - Gore 19 yard TD

Seriously Frank. Can you not see the yellow line? Go down after you get the first down, so that Kap can punch it in through the air. Even worse, it sets a bad example for teammates later, when Hunter breaks off a big run.

GoreFallDown_medium.jpg

Q1 6:50 - 31 yard pass interference on pass to Boldin

I know we're only up 7 Jim, but it's the Jaguars. How am I supposed to score in fantasy football if you take 31 yard penalties? Did you not know my opponent has Calvin Johnson this week? Decline the penalty, moron.

BoldinPI_medium.jpg

Q2 0:09 - Kneel Down

You're killing me Roman. We're up 28-3 and you don't utilize the opportunity to run up the score? Conservatism at its worst. You've absolutely got to overrule this Harbs. Audible Kap, freeking audible!

KneelDown_medium.jpg

Q3 3:00 - Dixon returns kickoff

Finally, a good coaching decision to take Kyle "Fumble" Williams out, but then Boobie can't execute on the fair catch. Look Anthony, I love your energy and all the things you bring to the table. I sincerely pray we don't trade you. But if you return another ball 47 yards and cost me valuable opportunity field position, we're going to have a different conversation. What were you looking at when you decided to take this out of the end zone??

Q3 2:53 - Hunter runs for 41

I'm so disgusted that I can't bear to put a screeshot up. Not only am I losing yardage on Kaepernick, I also started Gore today in FF. As I mentioned before, Gore's selfish play has rubbed off on his teammates as Hunter refuses to go down after getting the first down. This run plus the kick return lead to a 4 play TD drive with ZERO passes. At least Gore got the six.

Q4 13:43 - Skuta with the 47 yard fumble return

Willis is such a beast, but I guess selfish is the word of the day. I know you have limited opportunities to score a TD in the National Football League, but the game is running down and Kap isn't over 200 yet. Just. Go. Down. Heck, you can run back a bit and kneel down on our 40, so that Kap can get a few more yards. Assuming that Roman wouldn't just run it again, up 35-10. /sigh

Pair all this with a few drops that were somehow Kaepernick's fault, you clearly have a case to be concerned about our QB and his passing yards.

If we turn LMJ loose :itsawrap:

From Jim himself

Have you thought about what this offense will look like when you get WR Michael Crabtree and WR Mario Manningham and some new elements to the mix?

"No, we've really just been focused on what we have this week. Those being the best available players and they're all doing a real fine job and how we could use them differently. Get [RB] LaMichael [James] in the mix. I want to get that going. He's just too good of a football player not to be playing. And other things, but mainly just focusing on the guys that are here playing."

When you say get LaMichael in the mix, is that both sides, special teams and offensively, or is there one specific area where you want to see him?

"Yeah, both of those. Yeah, both those areas."

Carradine’s entry to the lineup allows the 49ers a real opportunity to, especially in their most commonly used defensive formation, the nickel. Defensive coordinator Vic Fangio dials up this look quite a bit.

In fact, in 2012, it was used a little over 60 percent of the time, via Matt Maiocco of CSN Bay Area. The upside to this is that this is Carradine’s bread and butter—it’s a four-man line, which is what he played in at Florida State. There is no adjustment necessary on his part here.

So whenever the 49ers call this grouping, Carradine should kick out to that end spot, while Justin Smith and Ray McDonald move inside. This will allow Ahmad Brooks, Corey Lemonier or Aldon Smith at the other end spot, and then it’s like, “Who do you block?”

:yes::yes:

99 Problems back. LeMichael James the return man. Dorsey, Willis, Davis getting 100% healthy and we STILL have players to come.... We're going to be rolling on fools like.

the one thing you're not going to want to be is in 3rd and long or obvious passing situations from here on out.

Aldon justin on one side

tank and lemonier/brooks on the other.

Aldon Smith activated to 53-man roster

They put Aldon on the 53 roster b/c the league made them do it right now.
Honestly, I don't think we will see much of him until AFTER he handles his legal issues this month.
He has two separate court cases later this month.
Aldon probably won't be back to a FULL TIME STARTER until AFTER those.
He'll probably get just a couple snaps here & there during the next couple games.

The REAL NEWS to me is that Kyle Williams has been demoted (if true).
Hopefully we use LMJ more on returns & get him some touches.

The way I see it....
Going into the Panthers game....
1. Manningham plays a few snaps (knocks off the rust).
2. Dial continues to get a lot of rotation on the D-Line.
3. Carradine plays a few snaps (mostly on passing downs in our nickel defense).
4. Eric Wright will be activated & Nnamdi/Cox cut.
5. Kyle Williams DEACTIVATED & watches from the bench this game!
6. Aldon may or may not play this game. Or will only get a couple snaps in the game.
7. Most importantly.... our guys will be well rested & healthy for the most part. (except RayMac, unfortunately his injury will linger for the rest of the season).

:cool::cool::cool:

i think it all depends on how in shape he is. if he's in shape he's going to play all of his legal court dates are on 49er days off and they won't be handled for a long time. he already missed 5 games and he was out of rehab so we couldn't keep him on. and since we can't keep him on and he's on the active roster already serving a 5 game suspension i think he gets back in there maybe just passing downs against the panthers.

also with tank depends on how good he looks because he has 2 weeks to prove he belongs in the regular rotation from jump, i think he's hungry enough to get that done.

jim said he wanted to get lmj in the mix so the kick and punt stuff is a start, when we start using all 3 backs i think that's when the offense starts to resemble what we should be. as long as we don't go away from power running which i don't think we will

manningham will have had almost a month to get ready, so i think he jumps right in.. the only person that would be in front of him is kyle williams, but if they go ahead and and say ok we're going to ease him in but bench kyle williams and let baldwin play i would be for that too.

also where is eric wright going to play ?

Oops almost forgot...
After the Panthers game...

1. We get Quinton Patton back healthy from his foot injury
2. We still need to decide if we activate LB Nick Moody to the 53 man roster
3. Then CRABTREE COMES BACK LATER THIS MONTH !!!

COT DAMN !!!
:eek::eek::eek::eek:

We need to do this every year.
Draft a few guys w/ minor injuries, then put them on the PUP list until they are ready to go midseason !!!
It's a 53 man roster but in reality, we had about 60 guys! (coming off PUP & IR to return).

The Saints just lost today
So now the Saints & 49ers both have the same record
We just need the Seahawks to lose, so we can catch up for home field advantage

Our matchup w Carolina looked like a a joke a few weeks back, but now this is a prime time matchup w playoff implications. I'm sure we gon wash em up tho

ive been watching carolina all season. as long as we stay focused and humble and the coaches exploit the places that can be, we should be fine.

Happy Trails Nnamdi...

I ain't worried bout Carolina, I just wanna see LMJ get 15 touches, he's our Reggie Bush!

Nnamdi wasn't bad for us in any way and he didn't cost us any games and he didn't get benched because he was playing bad.

He got injured and then brock came in and started making huge plays. if brock had been average nnamdi would have gotten his spot back.

i don't like the move rogers gave up more passes against Tennessee than nnamdi had given up in the 2 games he played.

He'll be picked up, probably by the saints and then used against us.

on the other side of that coin

49ers Activate WR Manningham and CB Wright

The San Francisco 49ers have activated WR Mario Manningham from the team’s Reserve/Physically Unable to Perform List and CB Eric Wright from the Reserve/NFI List.

Manningham originally signed with the 49ers on March 22, 2012. In 2012, he played in 12 games, and recorded 42 receptions for 449 yards and one touchdown, before sustaining a season-ending knee injury at Seattle on December 23. A six-year veteran, Manningham has played in 61 games (38 starts) and has registered 202 receptions for 2,764 yards and 19 touchdowns in his career.
He was placed on the Reserve/PUP List on August 27, 2013, and later returned to practice on October 15.

Wright signed with the 49ers on August 8, 2013, and was placed on the Reserve/NFI List on August 27. He also returned to practice on October 15.

A 28-year-old native of San Francisco, CA, Wright has played in 85 games (81 starts) and registering 363 tackles, 1.0 sack, 14 interceptions, returning two for touchdowns, three forced fumbles, five fumble recoveries and 70 passes defensed. He began his NFL career with the Cleveland Browns, where he spent four seasons, before being signed by the Detroit Lions in 2011 and later the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2012.
