49ers

If you guys don't think we got any calls last week don't expect to get any in Seattle. There is a long history of us being robbed by the refs in Seattle.

Early reports is Ian Williams may have a broken ankle. Fuck!

Yea Ian Williams will be out for at least half the season....if we are lucky!
That injury looked bad though, so he might be put on IR for the rest of the season.
We will know sometime late Monday.

:(:(:(

The defense did it's job today

totally did it's job

Kap turned it over 4 times by himself.

unacceptable part of that was the seattle defense.

most of it was the horrible plan that Jim implemented. talking about he felt good about the plan

get the fuck out of here

just got us embarrassed on national tv. and now the perception and rightfully so is we can't have with seattle.

they had 2 red zone opportunities RIGHT FROM THE START

if we score those 2 like we should have this game is COMPLETELY DIFFERENT

the defense held them to 5 points for how long?

they didn't even give up the 5 they only gave up the 3.

:smh:

Our offense looked anemic , i was disgusted, I love Gore but I think Franky's legs are cooked, he does t have that explosion through the open space anymore, he's still smart and tough but not quick or fast enough anymore :smh:

I'm embarrassed by the way our wideouts were flat out DOMINATED by Man coverage 75% of the night... :smh: :smh:

How's this Mangini thing working out for us?????? We couldn't pass or run against man coverage and their base 7.. :smh:  fucking embarrassment!

we ran no power runs and there were no holes because of it. we used miller as a wideout more than as a lead blocker. we ran the ball only 20 times in a tightly contested game

and as far as wr goes they held them off the line of scrimmage the entire night. they let seattle do it.

however we were lining up in vanilla formations. and we were making man to man EASY

what happened to all of the new wrinkles and bunch formations that could free up boldin? they just didn't run them..

and wr screens against man to man defense? just didn't run them

jim and greg fucked us

we didn't try to. they threw the game with the play calling.

2wr sets instead of bunch formations, no screens to get hunter or people in space... nothing we brag about a huge playlist but we didn't use any of it.

the defense should be upset.

“You see how smart they are,” Sherman said. “They might not have watched the last game that we played them. I don’t know what the score was, you guys know? It wasn’t that dissimilar from this score, was it? OK, just making sure.”

Meanwhile, Seattle coach Pete Carroll highlighted the disparity in the 49ers’ offensive totals a week after their 34-28 win against Green Bay. In Week 1, quarterback Colin Kaepernick (20.1 rating, 4 turnovers Sunday) threw for 412 yards and wideout Anquan Boldin (1 catch, 7 yards) had 13 receptions for 208 yards.

“They got nothing done,” Carroll said. “What were their numbers? What did Anquan do tonight? Their quarterback threw for (412) last week. He threw for 107 tonight.”

read it and let it soak in

good job Jim and Greg

Wonderful Job.

Supposed to be geniuses but can't realize basic things they need to do.

How do you not run bunch formations to counteract jams off the line?

how do you not run wr screens or double moves to counteract the jams and aggressiveness?

how do you not power run the ball.. not single back. and even the full back was used for wr more than anything

shameful shit dude. shameful

49ers players need to play angry for the rest of the season

they need to show dominance for the rest of the season to even being to get the stink of this loss off of them

we are far better than what we showed. the defense showed that we can handle their offense. our db's did excellent contrary to what anyone says you can't name a wr that got loose. there was a p.i. and a busted whitner coverage and mental mistakes when we stopped them on 3rd downs and long situations...

the offense was horrible and it was that way because we didn't do simple things to counteract an aggressive man to man defense.

it made us look soft and we're not. it's on the play designs and on the plan. seattle planned for exactly what we ran which means greg is too predictable.

which means either needs to open it up make adjustments or move on.

vic did his thing last night. our offense cost us big time

these players need to be mad and mean and take it out all the way to the super bowl.

we will be questioned and people will try to play us like we aren't contenders. even seattle folks who will overlook how we went to the super bowl and beat the team they lost to in the same place to go to that super bowl will say we beat up on weak people when we already beat the packers and have a far tougher schedule than these other teams like the falcons..

nut check time

either we have some or we don't

kap can't have another horrible game like this for the rest of his career

he can't not just take over the game. he should have did it EARLY when their shit wasn't working straight up willie beamen the game

Bruce Miller looking like fucking JJ Stokes all night really infuriated me & made me sick, this loss WILL haunt us all season.. I always reference the 94' Niners who got curb stomped by the Eagles, but this is different, these boys in Our division & all roads to ascension now go through Them :smh: I'm fucking demoralized

You shouldn't be, this is the 2nd game of the season and they still have to play us at home. We got it out of the way. win or lose we got it out of the way... it's done. now take it out on the rest of the schedule and prove we're dominant and contenders and then later in the season take care of home and we win our division.

we've proven we can win on the road they haven't

we've proven we can go on the road and win the biggest playoff games

they haven't

we just need to play 49er football, offensively it wasn't. you shouldn't be demoralized. at all. They have a 1 game lead 2 games into the season. if we take care of our business and beat them at home do they win the division? no.. do all roads go through seatlle? no...

they only get 8 home games there are 16 games in the season. they almost started 0-1 to carolina...

we just need to play angry and with purpose and use all of the talent that we do have.

the defense is elite. the score got piled on at the end due to turnovers and being on the field so much. it was 12-3 and we had the ball in the 4th quarter... we had 5 turnovers we had a horrible game..
demoralized? no this should be inspiration. you can't just show up and win on offense, you can't not use hunter, patton, moore, davis, mcdonald and all of them and feature bruce miller as a wr and not as a power lead blocker.. you can't run the ball 20 times

you have to play hard smart football in the nfl and you will win. it's simple as that.

Jimi and greg let us down completely

demoralized? after week 2?

this loss is 1 loss.

we take care of our business we still win this division true or not?

and this win when we win in candlestick counts for what?

its week 2, but they made a statement.. we didn't.. I respect y positive outlook and alotta what you say is true, but losses like this..Knockout blows.. they stay with you in the back of your mind

its week 2, but they made a statement.. we didn't.. I respect y positive outlook and alotta what you say is true, but losses like this..Knockout blows.. they stay with you in the back of your mind

the statement they made was that they can stop our offense

they had nothing for our defense

the statement we made was when we go away from our identity we lose. this isn't the first time we've made this statement

the statement we made is if your qb has 4 turnovers you can't win against good teams.

there was no knockout. there's a gut check. the offensive coaches are on the hot seat with the plans they implement.

the defense is just fine. they were frustrated and getting every call against them.

it should stay with us it should make us angry and make us take it out on everyone else on the schedule including them in candlestick.

it's about being real more than being positive.

we just acquired a 6'4" wr and you have him inactive in favor of 6'0" kyle williams?

I Love ya positivity , but any way you slice it , the word on the street is "These niggas got knocked the fuck out!" :smh: , Theres plenty of reason/excuses that can be made I just pray we're 11-1 on December 8th when these boys roll into town.. I pray that the fuckery is behind us, because as it looks they have our number.

The only claim they have to that is because of the 4th quarter and piling on points

it was 12-3 with us having the ball in the 4th. could have and should have easily been 12-6 or 12-10 but the offense failed period.

so people can front all they like to, or act like we got knocked out defensively if they want to, we didn't.

and that's just being real. you can look at the stats like everyone else. 8-19 149 1td 1int 28 rushes for 98 yards
not even 300 yards of offense... is that dominating our defense?

did rodgers just put up as many yards in the 1st half on the skins as he did our entire game in the first one?

the offense failed us simple as that. and it failed because the plan was idiotic and no adjustments were made.

they still haven't learned their lesson with being cute and play calling in the red zone. something i have been saying for the longest

if people are going to be real.. then they can see that this game was lost because of our offense nothing else, not defense or special teams. but our offense, game plan, and kap.

• Overall this was a poor performance by 49ers offense both tactically and physically. The Seahawks are not that multiple schematically; against San Francisco they predominantly just lined up and played.

The Seahawks' secondary was better than the 49ers' receivers. Normally Seattle's Richard Sherman stays at left cornerback, but he followed Anquan Boldin much of the game, including in the slot. Boldin cannot separate against quality man coverage. He needs help to get open, from formation and play design. Boldin gets exposed when you line him up outside the numbers against quality corners. This was a game in which the 49ers' loss of receiver Michael Crabtree was a factor.

the Seahawks offense did not dominate the 49ers defense.

everything i said.

every single thing.
it is a pissing contest. it is line up let's brawl and let's see who wins.

we didn't brawl offensively because jim and greg wanted to be cute. and it costs us each and every time they decide to do it

you would think after all of this time they would learn their lesson and worry about winning

if you win and win it all you will be looked at as geniuses PERIOD

stop the dumb shit.

my hope is the team plays angry and the offense gets its focus back for the rest of the season.

don't waste another year.

need to shave both of them and his head and beard after what he did last night he should look like powder

I understand he had a bad game, but I think you're being alittle too harsh on him...

Like I said in the game thread, yall will probably beat them in San Francisco..

Kap will bounce back against Indy on Sunday....

It's not him, It's the game plan. I'm just joking with the powder stuff.

The plan was horrible. A seahawk fan was in here saying he wasn't sure about the new wrinkles we put in our offense and whether the defense would be able to deal with it

and we didn't run any of the new wrinkles in the offense. none of it

and we didn't even use all the weapons we had.

we ran a preseason offense out there in a big game and that's inexcusable the defense did its job.

This better be a reality check for the so called know it all cause seattle didn't do anything scheme wise. they lined up and played.

we didn't do anything to combat that. no screens nothing. Bruce miller the fullback was used as a wr more than a lead blocker

and we didn't use 2 te sets with davis and macdonald...

Hunter got 1 carry late in the game..

why have all this talent if you're not going to use it.

Seattle saying they figured out the scheme, they didn't there was no scheme they got cute with no huddle shotgun bs. we don't need that. the offense doesn't need motion or shifts either.

you have the best line in football and you don't run the ball with power? you have them pass blocking?

Lynch had as many rushes and Kap had passes...

Wilson was 8-19 they rushed it 47 times

Inexcusable

I'm so torn on this subject that I don't know where to start.

I love what Kaepernick has added to the offense. The athletic ability he provides at the quarterback position and the arm strength to really push the ball downfield. However, by catering the offense to his strengths, I think the team is being robbed of its identity on offense.

I don't know how it breaks down statistically, but I just feel like the running game has become less effective since Colin took over and the offense became primarily pistol.

Frank Gore has gone on record saying he isn't as comfortable running out of the pistol as he is running out of our more traditional sets. One of our most effective run plays since Harbaugh took over was the "wham" play with the tight end coming in motion and taking out the defensive tackle while Gore takes a quick handoff up the middle. It was very effective against the Lions (both games) and against the Seahawks when Alex started. We also haven't been using motion to scheme our way into a numbers advantage on the play side. But these were things that generally happened from under center.

With the pistol, you see a lot more formation shifts, but they don't really seem to be producing the same type of noticeable results.

We have Gore, Hunter, James, an excellent fullback in Miller and some pretty good blockers in McDonald and Celek to go with the best OL in the league. We should go back to using it.
