I've been making either a spinach, kale, banana, low-fat yogurt and peanut butter smoothie or spinach, kale, low-fat yogurt, strawberry, blueberries and raspberries smoothie everyday for lunch for the past 3 weeks, I've also been eating an apple or 2 everyday, I need a final answer on this fruit is good or bad back and forth that started on page one in 2009.. lol
