What a lot of people don't know is that insomnia is another cause to diabetes. How you ask? Well, sleeping allows your body to recharge and while you are sleeping your pancreas is recharging your cells. But, if you don't sleep, your pancreas isn't able to fully recharge your cells and you continue on to the next day with a partial charge. Too long of time of this going on, diabetes occurs.

Also, if you have sleep apnea this can lead to diabetes following the same modus operandi. With sleep apnea, your body doesn't fully sleep and therefore does not achieve a full charge and the same thing can happen.

this is misinformation fam. Your talking to a bunch of people that will now run to popeyes. Tell them the truth. Any meat is NOT good for you. Fried foods are NOT good for you. dont do that fam

If you truly want to be healthy and lose weight

Eat nothing but meat and veggies....period

and you can eat it as much as you like

Do not eat breads, grains, FRUITS, corn, or potatoes aka carbs

and avoid anything, i mean anything with sugar

Then watch your your body transform

*if you really have to eat carbs, do that shit once or twice a week as you like*
OR you can be active and eat what you want.

Besides...my brain really REALLY needs carbs.
 
I've been making either a spinach, kale, banana, low-fat yogurt and peanut butter smoothie or spinach, kale, low-fat yogurt, strawberry, blueberries and raspberries smoothie everyday for lunch for the past 3 weeks, I've also been eating an apple or 2 everyday, I need a final answer on this fruit is good or bad back and forth that started on page one in 2009.. lol

Been hearing mixed things about making smoothies went it comes to fibrous :D fruits like bananas. Something about how blending the fruit destroys the fiber so, when you drink it, there is a higher glycemic effect than there is when you eat it naturally.
