I'm enjoying to stop eating digesting fruits for a while. AFTER I PUT AWAY THOSE GRAPES I PURCHASED. And start welcoming raw veggies into my body and peep the outcome.

Yea there are alot of different opinions when it comes to palm oil but the thing that kills American diets is all of the preservatives & shit that you find in most of our foods. Plus most people do fast food at least once or twice a week on average.

Word up. Meat is not a problem as some advocates might suggest. I always use the carnivore theory.

When was the last time you saw a fat Lion, wolf, or any other meat eater?

Forgive my resurrection of this thread, but I had to get down on this one.

I've been on straight up protein for the last month, and i've seen dramatic loss. I feel less hungry most of the time, and it fuels my workouts something real.

Why has eating meat been frowned upon for so many years?

If you truly want to be healthy and lose weight

Eat nothing but meat and veggies....period

and you can eat it as much as you like

Do not eat breads, grains, FRUITS, corn, or potatoes aka carbs

and avoid anything, i mean anything with sugar

Then watch your your body transform

*if you really have to eat carbs, do that shit once or twice a week as you like*

The entire purpose of the movie "Forks over Knives" was based on how meat (beef, pork) was responsible for most cancers in the human body. They showed the proof through data collected over many years. Specifically, it showed that the countries with the highest intake of meats also had the highest rates of cancer. Yes, it may help you lose weight, but at what cost. A whole foods diet of fruits and vegetables is the best way to lose weight. The consumption of processed foods such as chips, soda, candy, fried foods and other bullshit will be the downfall of any man. Meats should only be around 5% - 10% of your diet, but here in America, its more like 50% or more. There's nothing wrong with natural sugars from fruits. Its real sugar, not processed sugars that your body doesn't know what to deal with.

Bro its all about the glycemic index....if you eat a food with a lot of sugar you can conteract that with adding FIBER

or fat or protein....


Add Psyllium to the sugar in your diet and it will slow down how fast sugar hits your blood stream...slowing down the insulin response...

Yeah man, this shit is not good for you. You need to stick with natural spring water. If you can't afford that, then get filtered brita water. That flavored shit has chemicals from those artificial sweeteners that are very bad for your system. Just because it says zero calories and zero sugar does not mean it's good for you.

I dont want to be paranoid but i wake up every hour and a half every night. Read ingrdients in Splenda give you insomnia. Today will be my first day with out it. Ill let you guys know how it goes if anyone cares later this week and reminds me. But i havent slept right in over a year.:confused:

You can eat whatever you want, so long it's in moderation, and YOU EXERCISE at least 4 times a week, 30 minutes or more of cardio and strength training. The problem is people eat way to much and don't workout. Stop the soda and drink ONLY water, just doing that alone, you could, on average, lose 20 pounds a year. You don't have to work out all crazy and shit, a good long walk, some jumping jacks and push ups, something to get the heart going, for a full 30 minutes or more, 4 times a week, and you'll be amazed at how you feel, and start to change. Of course if your sick with all sorts of issues, then ya, you need to cut everything and go by what the dr tells you..

Good one Bruh... I do mostly veggies and I do meat, potatoes, grains and everything but I'm not big on the sweets other than dark chocolate. Water is my beverage of choice, no sugar green teas in the AM and I move my body! I was 300+ on my way to a dirt bath and was cool until ed happen. I started walking then later added weights, got back into some of the things I did in my twenties and today I'm 240 lbs on my way to a lean 200 lbs.

If you're going to eat red meat you can do it fine in moderation. Eat a steak no bigger than your fist. The problem is Americans eat these giant half a cow sized cuts of beef. We over do it. It's about moderation with everything. Red meat is ok if you don't eat it every day in large quantities. I would recommend eating fish at least 3 times per week. Salmon preferably.

Do not eat raw spinach. Cook it please. Broccoli is best for you, Lentals are good also. Please watch the aspartame I personally do not believe enough studies have been done on it to warrant ingesting it. Diabetics you're not exactly save as I've seen studies while in Medical school that suggest aspartame can still spike blood sugar levels.
