Woodley needs to work with some higher level strikers. He should change camps to the blackzillions, rufus sport or bring in higher level guys to train He trains at a ATT gym in St Louis and I'm not sure of the level of the competition he has at the camp, but his coaching by Din Thomas was fine, but I don't think he's been put under pressure like that. Like joe said Rory did this to quite a few people and Woodley didn't seem like he trained for it. He should have had a larger striker running him down in camp so he could experience it.

It's like he's crammed for a high school test or something, and has never gone to a gym or attempted training. He's textbook reading live and doesn't sound like he's gained any true knowledge over the past 10 or more years he's been doing this gig. Whereas Joe has a background in martial arts and received his black belt in BJJ from Bravo @ 10th Planet in recent years.
