Three craziest questions I get asked daily.
1. Are those Prada shoes you are wearing?
2. Do/why do you and your mom have the same last name?
3. Mr. _______ do you have an access card? Ummm if I had one of those would I really be working here.

I hate when people want to use subliminals to get their point across.. I'm an adult, if you don't say it directly to me I don't address it.

I still can't believe the chain of events with dude over the past few weeks ... oh well, I guess true colors really do come out if you wait long enough.

WHY would my job hire a pregnant woman? Like seriously, how does that benefit us? As soon as she's fully trained she goes on maternity leave. I can't with ya'll ...

I completely agree. It's very cowardice and childish.

Cleo, you should confront the bitch aggressively and watch 'em tuck tail. Be over the top with it, talking with your hands, not raising your voice but talking fast so it seems like you're raising your voice, looking their bitch ass directly in the eye and slowly getting closer to their face.. :angry:

And once they fold up like a bitch, you smile and say "alright, now you have a nice day, ok?" Then walk away in your heels like a model. :D

LOL .. I wish I could say it was a female, I was talking about the guy I recently broke it off with... but that's all done. Unfriend & block. Moral of the story: Don't date men with kids... or writers .. I think after 2 writers and a musican, I'm over creative types ...

I'm so excited for grad school .. I have to get in ... I'm only applying to NYU and USC. I know, two extremes but those are the only 2 I'm reaalllllyy interested in. NYU because I can still work and attend class and get tuition reimbursement through my job .. USC because it would help fulfill one item off my bucket list, to live on the West Coast for at least 2 years in life.

I miss school. :( I'm building my (legal) business right now, can't be coming up on 30 and not have a legal hustle.

But I have it in my head that I'm going back to school. I would also like to study abroad. West coast would be cool, I would also wanna look into studying in africa, the caribbean, maybe even south america.

Damn, I wanna travel. GentlemanPlayer got me thinking about where I should be ..

I think everyone should get out the country at least once to work and/or play :yes:

I'm looking at an opportunity in Shanghai right now...we'll see how it works out.

That going back to school ish, though :smh: I mean, I'm doing it now, but, I swear, this would have been much easier a few years ago after the first masters degree...damn certification requirements, I swear!

I understand how you feel. I wish I had the travel perks of GP's job but I know his job ain't compatable with my frame of thinking...My head ain't built for that :lol:


What's your business? I'm bout to see what I can do too...It has to be a better carefree way to make some money
 
I got a lawn care co. and a real estate investment co.

The lawn care made great strides but still kinda broke even.

The real estate is at a stand still for personal reasons. I'm partners with sibling and I want to part ways...at whatever cost. Our worth ethics don't match.

That's how I feel about going back to school .. like its been years since I was a student, and I work full time.. Oh boy this is gonna be rough ..

I just made THEE banging-est vegetarian dinner

- baked sweet potato fries
- sauteed zucchini (taste just like benihana's, which I LOVE)
- Roasted green beans
- Cucumber salad

add a nice glass of Wine .. and Harry Potter is on TV .. I'm having a great, relaxing Friday night
 
heh.. I asked a chick at Kroger, "you ain't got no food stamps you wanna sell, do you, miss lady"

She chucklingly said while shaking her head, "I'm. not. on. welfare."

Ya know I noticed when Hispanics start moving into an area the stores start carrying all of of these off brand, ridiculously colored products...like they would have a problem buying Tide. Oh no! Kroger will see the wrath of its new community if we don't carry Fabulouso...or Jafeena...
